Ice cream always tasty, the kids that work there always friendly, but dang the scoop sizes are getting way too small :( I ordered a vegan cranberry with chocolate chips and when I received saw it that the highest point of the heap was well below the rim of the container. Even if it reached the edge, one would hope the scoop is piled in heightened an inch or so above the rim. This portion could fit into the smallest size container, yet I paid for the largest container receiving room to spare :(

Again, great product and great staff, just skimpy portions for the price.

A bit overpriced but not bad!

Parking: If you can't get the royal family parking right by the stores you'll need to walk across the street Frogger style because cars are in a hurry and won't likely stop for you.

Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids after playing Frogger! Lol jk

I do not understand!!!! Why on earth do you serve your shakes with the thinnest straws in the world!!!!!!!! So irritating!!!!

Also district management is a joke!!!! I had a piece of glass cut my tongues bc it was in the drink!!!! Took district manager weeks to even bother to call me! They didn’t even make things right! SMH!!!!!

I cannot they believe Amy’s removed the chalkboards and put screens in their place. As a native Austinite who grew up going to Amy’s Ice Cream this is really disappointing. Seeing the artwork done by the staff was a cool experience. Bring it back!

This digital display instead of the chalk board is very upsetting. The chalkboard is part of Amy’s aesthetic and allowed the employees to make the store their own. Very disappointing.
