It was good rich rice cream for sure, prices are just steep and it seems kinda overhyped. Not bad though

The employee was very kind and enthusiastic! Even though I had been stressed today, I was able to smile. Had the cookie dough combination, very delicious.

Amy's is always great, but I wish they had more dairy-free flavors and toppings available daily. :(

Ordered from Delivery company- bag sealed, but missing items. Only a 3 item order. How hard is it to order ice cream? Too difficult apparently

I just got ice cream here about 20 mins ago and had to share my experience. I told the young gentleman at the counter that I had a bad day and to make me whatever his favorite concoction was (I’ve never been there before so I’ll trust the expert!). He whipped me up a bowl of brownie ice cream goodness, then said it was on him. I could’ve cried right there. It was just ice cream but it wasn’t, you know? This guys kindness made all the difference in my day and I hope ALL the good juju and karma comes back to him!

The ice cream was okay, but the place stunk and was filthy. Came here years ago and it was such a nice place; it made me really sad to see the degradation.

Came here upon recommendation. The ice cream is too sweet for my taste. I got more of the sweet sugar flavor rather than the described flavor. The place is nice and clean.

The ice cream is great but shame on this company for having only one person working and about 15 people in line. That employee was doing their absolute best, but they are still only one person and they should’ve had a minimum of two people working. This is a terrible customer service experience and more importantly it’s a terrible way to treat that one employee. We were at this location today at 4:15pm for reference.

Never going back to this location! Rude staff, they refuse to fix their mistakes. I’ve never experienced the treatment at other places. Don’t waste your money here. They don’t care at all

Didn't have toppings we wanted, you can't see the flavors, and we weren't told the tiny size couldn't have toppings mixed in. Also, one of the orders didn't get the pecan praline sauce. Cute trivia promo and a clean bathroom on our roadtrip was probably the only plus side. Customer service is lacking, they're order takers at best, so staff didn't guide experience even when I let them know I was translating for my family and it was our first time. Won't come back, Marble Slab is better across the board.
