Can’t say I was a big fan of the donuts. Tried a number of different options including mochi (which was hard like almost burnt). The glaze wasn’t
bad but they all had an oily aftertaste which is reminiscent of just other basic donut shops. Probably the glaze twist was my favorite as it had a nice doughy texture.

Upon entering, I was immediately struck by the unique layout. The entrance I used led me into a spacious, living-room-like area complete with plush couches...

My overall experiences here have been amazing. Their customer service is always friendly and welcoming. The reason for the 4 stars is that today when I got my drink, the milk in it tasted spoiled. I had my daughter return to have it re-made, but the lady (not the normal cashier we are used to seeing) poured a different milk in it, which made it worse. My daughter left before tasting it, so now we are stuck with it. But we will continue to purchase here as this was the first time...
