No clear instructions about how to order from the grill. Asked for a breakfast sandwich. Had to go back for the croissant I ordered, as it was not given to me. After waiting for 10 mins I was approached and asked if they could substitute some sort of roll. Self service coffee. Had to go back for a flavor. I travel often. Utilize airport cafes. Don’t bother with this one

Terrible customer service, was told I had to get a prepackaged sandwich out of the cooler because the fresh sandwiches were for toasting only. Lol. Much better spots in the airport

Did not enjoy the Egg and sausage tacos. Chai tea latte taste water down.

Very unpleasant experience! I was standing at the counter waiting for my turn. Michelle saw me the whole 5 minutes but instead of telling me right away that I had to stand in line from the other side, she just ignored me. When it was finally my turn, she refused to serve me and pointed me to the end of the line. This was extremely rude and disrespectful to a customer. I wasted my time and ended up leaving for another place.
On top of that, all the sandwiches on display were not fresh — their expiration date was the next day. Very poor quality and terrible service. Shame on this place!

Good for a quick bite just to fill you up. Bad value for money. The breakfast sausage wasn't the usual breakfast sausage and just link sausage and the cheese wasn't melted.

I was very disappointed by the treatment I received from the staff, which made me feel unwelcome. I would not recommend this coffee shop to travelers looking for a friendly experience.

I fly fairly often and Annie’s is ALWAYS the place I stop for food or a drink. The staff are SO KIND AND POLITE. After dealing with the absolutely embarrassing team with TSA (y’all should be ashamed of how you treat people. Really….its NOT a flex and I am embarrassed FOR you) stopping at Annie’s for breakfast tacos resets my nervous system. I should have taken a pic of my tacos …..they were DELICIOUS. Great team 🙌🏼.

The salads were really good; I had a delicious carrot salad and a delicious pesto ziti salad. It’s amazing to find vegetables at an airport. Thank you
