6/28/25 - worst breakfast taco ever! For $20, I expected it to at least taste average. It was very bland. Plus the staff was not friendly. They upcharge so read the fine print. For breakfast tacos at the airport, I suggest going to Peached Tortilla or Salt Lick instead.

The food is not bad, IF you can have someone assist you. The menu is non friendly like the staff. I wish this place and the menu/ layout was better equipped to serve customers who would like to order, but it is too challenging. I don't like having to try to figure out how to order or where everything is.

Avoid at all cost. Rude employees. The inefficient cook will take 90 minutes to make a sandwich. They purposely delayed my sandwich andtook a lot of time. You get 3 sandwiches for 60$ and the quality of service is absolute trash. Should consider shutting down the location given the staff they are recruiting.

In my last visit to Austin airport, I stopped at Annie’s to get some plain yogurt and some food. The cashier said the food came “AS IS” when i asked if there was a way to get simple yogurt. Even though they have a full kitchen running right there. She said it was nothing she could do, she simply looked the other way and called the next customer. The prices are astronomically high and have to include tip for everything when checking out!.

I so hope the manager of this restaurant reads this review. I am at the airport and wanted three pieces of sourdough toast for my camping trip. The total was $16.64! I asked the cashier why she would charge me such an exorbitant amount for literally three pieces of bread – no butter, no protein – and she explained that that’s the price and she couldn’t change it. I asked to speak to a manager and she said the manager was on break – at 6:20 in the morning? I walked down to Einstein Brothers bagels where I purchased an entire bagel sandwich for seven dollars. You have a good product but desperately need to come up with a more realistic business model!

If you love bad hospital food, this place is for you. It's the Saddest attempt at a turkey sandwich, and for $16 I don't know how they can expect people to make a second visit. Coffee bean are highly over roasted. Please look elsewhere for food.

I got the kale caesar salad and I was really disappointed. It was not good and I couldn’t even eat it. Kale is supposed to be marinated or slightly wilted when put in a salad, because it is tough. But this salad was just raw inedible kale. Also, the dressing was not at all tasty. I was pleased to see healthy salad options at the airport, but it wasn’t done right.

I am a frequent flyer and I have visited this restaurant a few times. I wish I can rate them higher, but it doesn't seem to get any better. I would suggest to explore other options. Here are few things to note. Food selection: average. Limited sandwich options, bakery options are average. Service: Slow and employees are on the phones . Prices: high compared to food selection and available choices. Hope the management is seeking to get better. Grab and go places carry pretty much the same and decent on the pocket.
