I like coming to Applebee's, Why ? The employees are friendly especially the bartender Lady she makes you feel welcome and always making sure we are good has are beer ready as we walk in and also asking if there is anything else she can help us with.

Hostess needs to be properly trained how to receive guests. Instead non professional attitude of losing one in front of server who lost a prospective tip because of her.

Went in, got seated immediately which was nice, but then we were neglected for 5min. Didn't even get any drinks. Ended up walking out and no one cared, everybody seemed to just genuinely not care except for one waitress who was cleaning up after guests while the other workers watched

Got a response here and then through email last week, but I haven't heard back from them since. Only adding this part on here because I just gave up on them, and I want others to know of what may come should they feel the need to bring anything up about this store location. They will act like they care for the view of the public, but they'll drop you in hopes that you forget about the bad experience you may have had.

This Applebees was a 10/10 experience I didn’t have high hopes for this location but they out dif their selfs!! The food was so good no complaints at ao and their drinks were good and cheap! But our host and waiter Nevaeh and Miguel went above and beyond! They let us have a party for 10 outside and it was a vibe! Will definitely be back!

There seemed to be 1 host and she was also the server. On her own she did an amazing job. We were seated quickly and the food came out in a timely manner.

This place is a literal bathroom. It took 15 minutes to get service at the bar, all the while it smells like the bathroom hasn't been cleaned in a year.
I grabbed my girl and we just left before ordering. There's plenty of employees they just don't do anything.
Do not eat here. It's nasty and smelly and the employees don't wash their hands.
