Wonderful place to go eat and socialize...drinks are affordable and food is a good price ..my meals always come out fresh.. and even though they are short staff at times they are always on top of their game .. I would recommend this place to many others because they treat and love their customers like family and always show mad love and plus they accept Apple Pay that’s a major plus for Apple users

I work in the restaurant business and to be very hungry that day and never being to Applebees I was excited but to find hair not in one plate but both plates was very disappointing and very unprofessional servers. Maybe they are laid back but to want to be a good restaurant a little professionalism would be nice.

Well wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and tried a 3rd time and what do you know got seated and waited over 30 minutes and never got served or had anyone come up and ask us for our drink order. Wow seems nothing has changed at this location will not be returning ever again. Corporate needs to fix this awful service

Very long wait time, they need to hire more stuff. The lobby is dirty trash is all over the floor, no napkins or toothpicks. The server that was helping me was nice, but overall experience is pretty awfull. ;(

0 stars!!!!! There aren't words to describe the terrible experience I just had. My friends got to the restaurant at 8pm and put their appetizer order and order for waters- which had old rotten lemons by the way. We got to the restaurant at 8:15. We didn't get greeted for 20 min and it wasn't until our friend asked for a server. In the 35 min they never saw their server again, we didn't get the appetizers they ordered, so at 8:45, we all just decided to leave because we hadn't received anything and no one ever came back. I know Applebee's is pretty bad in general, but Jesus, we couldnt even spend the gift card we had. Zero stars for literally zero service...

Okay- I came 3 days in a row no one noticed me. I stood and waited to be seated. I'm left with a question. Do I exist? I'm not sure. A great place to go if you want to be treated like you are invisible.

Saturday night on Feb 22,20 I took in my family to apple bees located near ojos locos near IH35 the service was very poor. They looked short hanged i only saw 2 waitress the entire time I was there. We got seated really fast but the wait to place the order and received the order was extremely long. The waitress was really nice but the service was not. This was my first time to apple bees my experience was not meet. Please make sure your night shift are staffed. A lot of customers walked out due to the wait of their order. I myself walk out with a party of 6 very disappointing...

Awful. 3 of us went for dinner. We were given 1 menu. When the waitress came over and asked about drinks I asked for more mEnus and her response was that's not my job I'm just the server wth hard for us to order without menus to look at. Requested a different server because that's ridiculous. New server was nice enough but clearly new and overwhelmEd but no attitude so that was great at least. Food was good. But service is make or break for me. Would never go here again
It was by far the worst service I have ever gotten at Applebee's. We got our appetizer simultaneously with my spouse's meal. I got my meal well after my spouse was completely done with his meal and I finished the appetizer because we were very hungry when we got there. I had to ask another staff member to get us refills on our tea, because we didn't hear from our waiter again except him yelling across the restaurant that he would bring me my food as soon as it was done. I never saw him again. After about 10-15 minutes, someone else brought me my meal. We ended up paying at the table because no one ever brought us our check. I should have just left and assumed that the meal had been comped due to the horrible service. The food was good though, so I paid for it, but didn't bother leaving a tip.

Absolutely horrible experience. Went at Midnight. Took an hour for us to get our drinks and food, even though there were only two tables with people. They gave us old food, the server passed us 7 times without checking on us, as we were obviously upset by the poor service, no water was brought at all, the food was bland, and when we asked to see a manager, he offered us a free dessert, but when we received our check, they put the dessert on our bill. Will never be coming back.

Applebee's was a bad experience. The service provided was a low grade. We had the tip for the one young lady that made effort to serve, but at the end things got worse. It took more than 30 minutes to be exact to get our change back. When the server returned with patrons change the young lady had everyone's change mixed up. She then proceeded to lay coins on table. At the end of the day We will not be going back to Applebee's that location. Also the restaurant that not keep their end of deal on the items all you can eat, bomb deal ☹️

I’m very disappointed with the service we are receiving today, December 31 thru January 1... it’s incredible that a day like this one, they’re only working 4 persons and Doing 5 things at the same, 1 hour and a half waiting for 4 cocktails, it’s unbelievable the way just one person care about the “service” and she is new... worst of the days, just to start the new year
