Ararat ToGo + Coffee Window

One of the best surprises this year was learning that Ararat is still in business! We lost track of them when they left their North Loop location. With most restaurants I find one or two things, sometimes a special, that I usually gravitate to. With Ararat I feel like I'm discovering a rich and Deep Forest if possibility every time I look at the menu. I look forward to trying new dishes. The care that goes into the foods and beverages is felt with every nourishing bite. I'm kind of glad they are a secret because they're too good to be big. The best of locavore cuisine!

Wow this place is true gem! I’ve been by for lunch, gotten the Thanksgiving meal, and last night we got catering for our party and the food was incredible as always. We got the lamb and chicken for 20 with grilled veggies, 2 types of hummus, Egyptian salad with pomsoy dressing, cranberry herb rice, and baklava for dessert. The food was seriously full of so much love I can’t even begin to describe it. Everything was so flavorful and just perfection. The owner was so accommodating and kind and even threw in a little extra for us. She helped us find a last-minute belly dancer which was the icing on the cake to make my husband’s first in-person birthday since the pandemic very special. There is so much more on the menu I want to try! Please visit them soon!

I love this place so much! The food is healthy and delicious. Kelly creates smart and complex combinations of flavors so everything on the menu is a hit.

Can’t recommend this place enough! The food is delicious, the owner brings so much joy, and there is a peaceful courtyard next door to sit in.

I ordered lamb with rice and coffee twice in two days, it’s super delicious but the second time the coffee is only less than half a cup

This place is the BEST! I am consistently blown away by both the food and the service. There are so many amazing vegan and non-vegan options that each have their own unique and delicious twist. The walk-up window makes ordering easy and safe. Plus, the owner could not be nicer. Ararat is a must-visit!!

Ararat is my favorite go to spot when I’m picking up lunch or need a tasty drink! Kelly is so wonderful and friendly. I have tried sooo many things on her menu now and have loved every single thing. The wraps, sandwiches, pastries, soup, hummus, dolmeh, lunch plates...it’s always flavor-packed and delicious and the drinks are so creative. She is also great at coming up with unique combos to make you exactly what you’re craving. My dogs love coming to the pick up window because she always feeds them a treat! Definitely give this place a try!

Love the place! The woman working the window was SO mind, enthusiastic, and welcoming — I got the Green Dream boba tea and it was drool-worthy. I’ll be back!

Just got a turkish delight and 2 meat puff pastries delivered. Blown away. I got this place off grub hub feeling adventurous but now i got to check this place out in person because i am intrigued.

I live in the apartment building across the street and when my unit came up for renewal, this coffee shop was a leading reason for me to re-sign. Kelly is the sweetest barista I've ever met and she works wonders with that espresso machine. I love it here.

The Mocha Mama Joy is the BEST iced mocha I have ever had! If you like sweet coffee, this is for you! Luckily it’s close to where I work, so goodbye Starbucks. Also, they give you a cute little pin with your order which was so adorable!
