Dre took our order perfectly and was the only one working from what I could see. He was friendly and patient and was doing great. There was a white heavy set lady just standing around not helping him, so kudos to Dre for his hardworking! Hope he gets recognized for his dedication!!

The food is... Okay... It's hard to mess up a roast beef sandwich, but my order is still usually wrong. The service is just terrible. The employees always seem genuinely confused when someone walks in, like they don't know what to do or who should help the customer.

The food was tasty as usual. Arby's is great. The poor manager was working so hard to keep us with this busy restaurant inside and the drive thru. Please get this lady some help. She is sweet and works so hard but ownership needs to step up and staff this place properly.

I love Arby's. I don't love pulling into the drive through and being told that the "fryers aren't on" or "its going to take us an hour to prepare that" by the meth head that seems to somehow still have a job here. I pulled into the gas station after hitting whataburger next door and noticed the employees stepping outside to smoke and chit chat. I see the homeless drug addicts talking to the male employee and performing what I assume to be illicit drug deals out in the parking lot. Fire this guy and get a crew in here that takes this job seriously and I'll be back.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this restaurant at all costs. Just tried to have dinner and they were pressure washing the kitchen while making customer orders. The entire place was filthy and water droplets flying all over the restaurant. Tried to get a refund and the manager was extremely unprofessional and acted like we had no choice but to eat the contaminated food. Eventually got our refund and will never be back to this location.

My husband & I hadn’t had Arby’s since we were kids, so we decided to take a 20 minute drive to the closest Arby’s near us & give it a shot. Needless to say, we absolutely will be back for both the food AND the service. Ashley is incredible, and deserves a raise. Rarely do I see someone working in fast food that is so kind, funny, and genuinely loves their job. We ordered in the drive-thru, and she had us pull into a parking space to get our order ready for us. It only took her about 3 minutes, and everything about our order was correct & cooked to perfection. We ordered 2 meals, jalapeño poppers, mac & cheese bites, and 2 cookies. She told us she gave us 8 mac & cheese bites instead of 4, which was so sweet of her. And for once, it was nice to see someone not being stingy on the sauces. We received Arby's sauce, horseradish, ketchup and ranch WITHOUT having to ask, who knew! After another 20 minute drive home, we were shocked to find that the fries, jalapeño poppers, and mac & cheese bites were still hot & crispy! And I’ve never had a greek gyro from a fast food restaurant so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but boy was it good! The cookies were awesome as well! I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could. This was a make or break trip, and I’m glad Ashley made our first experience at Arby’s 20+ years later a great one! We’ll be back for the food & for Ashley!
