We went to lunch here recently. The seating was very nice and there is an option to sit down in the majlis. Unfortunately, that is not available to children though, so my kids were disappointed about that. The food was very fresh and tasty. We ordered the beef shawarma, gyro sandwich, halal burger and kofta kabob plate. All were very good. This is a great option for halal food in Austin.

The chicken Sharma was odd. Just sautéed chicken, not well seasoned and cooked on a rotisserie.
Be VERY CAREFUL when entering the restaurant. It's dark and they have a low bench right where you'd expect to walk into the dining room. Major safety hazard. Several of our lunch guests took it to the shin or almost fell over it.
So it’s one of those counter-service spots—you walk in, order up front, grab your own silverware and napkins, and pretty much fend for yourself after that, which I actually don’t mind at all. We went a little wild and basically tried one of everything we don’t normally get. Started with the domas (dolmas? those stuffed grape leaves)—they were chilled and super refreshing, lemony and just the right amount of rice inside. Solid way to kick things off. For the mains, most of us went with the classics: chicken, lamb, or beef over rice. Nothing crazy fancy, but everything was seasoned really well and the portions were huge. The meat was tender, the rice was fluffy… honestly hard to complain. The vibe inside is legit gorgeous—bright, airy, lots of blue and white, plants everywhere. You can tell it’s the kind of place that would be perfect for just chilling with friends for hours. Super inviting. Definitely left wanting to come back and explore more of the traditional stuff on the menu. I kept eyeing these beautiful plates going out to other tables—couldn’t quite tell what they were, but whatever they had looked incredible. Next time I’m diving deeper into the Greek side of the menu for sure!

Food was amazing me and my family all ordered plates and they loaded it up!! They do not skimp on portions!! Quality is amazing too and food is full of flavor and deliciousness.
