Food truck in a charming trailer park. Amazing fresh made pasta with authentic Italian flavors. Delicious pasta and really impressive desserts. The place is usually busy with a bit of a wait but the staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Let’s start by saying if you want your food prepared correctly, don’t come here. I ordered a pasta dish and clearly asked multiple times for no parmesan. My receipt said “parmesan on the side,” so I assumed it would not be added. When I got to my car, the parmesan was on my food anyway. Simple instructions should not be this hard to follow.

Reminded me of Italy! It is a little far but worth the drive. Did the physical location more north. South is a food truck if you like the Austin food truck vibe.

Really disappointed paid over $20 for only 6-7 raviolis. I felt it was overpriced and they were poorly served hardly any filling. At least put more raviolis for the price. Also my meal was cold.

I had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with the night shift employee (the guy with the bandana). He was rude and refused to give me my order receipt; he only wanted to give it to me so I could check it on the app. He should be more empathetic and treat customers who come to pick up orders better. I hope they improve on that! We're all doing well.

We ordered the ravioli and lasagna for takeout and it was absolutely delicious!

Took forever, ordered there! Their pasta was SUPER salty and even lots of salt on the caprese. Not impressed.

Got the lasagna. Taste like they're using the ABSOLUTE CHEAPEST GROUND BEEF they can get their hands on.

Cashier / cook explained the menu and made recommendations from his personal favorites to most ordered. He gave us a run down of the authenticity of Italian cuisine and the summary of Chef and wife’s time in Italy. Pasta was by far amazing ! You can certainly tell it is indeed made fresh and very fulfilling, portions “look” small , but rest assured, you will be FULL. The side of bread were a perfect pairing with the Parmesan butter sauce. Worth the pricing if you’re thinking it’s a bit on the steep end !
