Cashier / cook explained the menu and made recommendations from his personal favorites to most ordered. He gave us a run down of the authenticity of Italian cuisine and the summary of Chef and wife’s time in Italy. Pasta was by far amazing ! You can certainly tell it is indeed made fresh and very fulfilling, portions “look” small , but rest assured, you will be FULL. This trailer is my new obsession. Artipasta serves up real Italian pasta — handmade, perfectly cooked, and rich with flavor. The staff is super welcoming and always greet you with a smile.
