Don't let the low rating fool you. I'm an Al Pastor taco lover and this review is for the Al Pastor and the Al Pastor only. It's absolute fire. The char you get on a proper trompo doesn't compare. It's crispy and juicy, the tortilla is delish and the slice of pineapple seals the deal. Trust the process, order the al pastor.
Saw this truck on my way to autozone and knew where I was stopping for dinner ? my friend and I came around 10pm, they were busy! We got lucky with parking. We both had al pastor tacos and they were hooked up with meat and pineapple. Hot and seasoned well and super yummy ? the tortillas are handmade fresh and the salsa bar has all the toppings para que uno se los prepare a su gusto. The salsas are both picosas y sabrosas ? price wasn't bad for 2 aguas frescas and 6 tacos....
This is my son’s favorite Arturo’s taco truck location. There are multiple locations of Arturo’s trucks but this one is the most consistent at making their food always delicious! And i understand why. I mean look at that rotating al pastor in that flame. I ordered al pastor tacos and a carnitas mulita.
