Had dinner with a friend on 7/6/2025. Food tasted bland. Drinks was good. When it came time to pay, gave the waiter my card and gave him a cash tip. I always check my account after I pay at a restaurant. The waiter charged my card 6 dollars more than what the bill was. Asked for the Mgr. He comes out and said he will check it for me, I advised him I gave the waiter a tip in cash. He comes back with a new receipt with the 6 dollar extra charge on it stating that I was charged 18% because that is standard. My friend showed her bill and receipt which had the regular charge nothing extra. Keep in mind we paid separately. Then he goes back and comes back with my original receipt. I figure out that the waiter gave himself a tip and the Mgr brings the waiter out who apologizes to me and gives me back.the cash tip saying he is new and doesn't know how to work the system. But he knew how to work it right for my friend bill! I asked for a full refund the Mgr stated that they will just refund the 6extra dollars that was added to my bill! So the waiter basically gets a tap on his hand for outright trying to steal from me! Everyone check your accounts if you go here and use your bank card!

“I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this place earned it. This wasn’t just a bad meal—it was a full-blown culinary scam. Yeah, I’ll admit it: the presentation looked decent. The food tasted like nothing was seasoned right, the textures were off, and everything was either bland or overcooked. Everyone at our table of five left disappointed and still hungry. And to top it off, they had the nerve to slap a 20%(but the other half of my party was charged a 35%) (big party we were 5)automatic tip on the bill. For what? Bad service and worse food? That’s insane. I’m all for tipping when it’s deserved, but this was a joke. Never again.”

Rap music was blasting outside, no music on the inside, more annoying more so bc it wasn't just consistent. The salad bar was completementory, but some of it tasted rotten :/ . The waiter really was not good at her job. We got margaritas and were charged 40$ a pop. She didn't inform us whatsoever, also she took her sweet time serving the table, disappearing for 20 minutes at a time. They charged us 20% gratuity tip for a group of 5? Which is wild, and the waiter once again didn't inform us. Paid 300$ on 30$ worth of food. I do NOT recommend it.
Honestly, food wasn't too bad, I got the bluefin entree, the sauce was tasty, and the fish was kinda bland, but it was pretty good. The chef was at least the biggest redeeming factor nice and courteous.
Overall, though overpaying, the loud rap music that got louder every time a door opened, and an incompetent waiter really spoiled any experience that could've been good.

I have found my new fav spot in Austin!!! The lengua and pastor tacos are phenomenal! I also visited the salad bar because y’all know I love a good salad bar! Had a few margaritas, of course! Thank you Cecilia for the excellent service! Shout out to Angel, you have a really good thing going on here and I am here to spread the word! Come check them out! In my best Terminator voice, “I’ll be back!”

Jenny was very friendly in her service although the food is a little expensive for what was offered, no rice or beans in the dishes because the salad bar was closed, reduced menu (different from the one on the website) And no children's menu either. The atmosphere is very good but they have to update their prices and menu (if it has changed)
