I ordered through Uber Eats because there was a buy 1, get 1 free deal (General TSO'S Chicken). I drove to 519 E 7th ST to pick up my order and Google Maps sent me to this parking lot with a rundown sketchy looking building., I tried calling the number, but there was no answer. Finally, I found it.. It was an orange food truck on the side street in the middle of a bunch of other food trailers.. In the picture on Google it shows a food truck that has Asian Express written really big on it. That picture must be old or something because thats not how it is. Asian Express is not written on the trailer anywhere. There is just a little white circle sign that says Asian Kitchen... Im posting an updated picture. Other than that, the quality of the food is really good. Cant beat 2 plates for $12. Very good portions. I got full 3 times. Good flavor 🙂

** Update :( ** 12/03 at 11:00 p.m. First of all 2 out of the 3 times I ordered it was good but man I didn't get that same experience 3rd time around. I'm just putting this to follow up with the other reviewers who got a not so tasty experience. The chicken was hard, stale and dry and I really wanted to like them but I do work in the restaurant business and sometimes we do miss the mark. That being said just be careful y'all cause this last experience was pretty bad but I'm keeping my old review because that day it was amazing but today I don't know if I'll ever order again...:(
Man I don't why these reviews like this best general sal chicken it's kinda tasty but cooked to perfection not too hard it's cooked perfect. The batter on the sweet and sour chicken is seriously delicious it really has a unique batter must try, the fried rice could use a lil more pop but it's alright. Overall wonderful and delicious thanks alot y'all. 😋

Ordered on Uber eats. Fried rice is not fried rice. Bland, no veggies or egg. The only redeeming part was the egg rolls. Chicken tasted off. If I get food poisoning I’ll update the review. Didn’t eat the rest and now lives in the trash. Definitely want a refund.

The Sesame Chicken was delicious! It reminds me of the OG Chinese Takeout, classic taste and sauce was just right! It came with plenty of fried rice as my side option. The owner was very kind & there was plenty of seating in the food truck park though I took it to go. Located conveniently on Rainey Street for a nice late night meal! Thank you Asian Express ?
