Waited over 30 minutes to order jalapeño pretzel dogs and they did not have any. And instead of making some fresh ones like every other Auntie Anne's I've been to they just said not today. Terrible customer service.

Great tasting food

I picked up a catering order (132 pcs) that was rather large, and showed up a bit early to inquire about it. The manager was just leaving in good spirits, and I approached to receive. The entire team behind the counter were nice and welcoming as we shared a few laughs here and there. I didn't have to wait but a few minutes, and the team was still taking orders. They worked well together to make it happen to get me out on time. Upon delivery of the catering, the team there was loving the pretzels and assorted dipping sauces. Kudos Team Auntie Anne's! 👏

Just horrible. They are standing around. Pretzels made and in the warmer. I watched them give drinks to a friend or family member because they did not pay. I went to get a pretzels and told they were closed.

It's way smaller than usual. Same price point, not sure if it just this place.

Tasted so good, the price is added to 4.29now for the original flavor

The service was outstanding even with a long line. Got my food much faster than expected and was delicious. Highly recommend
