Hard working crew working non stop to get the most delicious pretzels out for people while they shop at the mall. The staff working the register are super friendly and helpful. Be patient if there is a wait, it’s totally worth it!

This place reminds me of when I was younger, and my mom would take me to get some pretzels. Every time I pass by these pretzels at the mall, there’s always a long line. Only thing that was disappointing Was that my first 2–3 options that I wanted to pick were sold out. I settled for the original with a nice dip, and it was delicious. Loved every bit.

Do not patronize this store. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails or requests for call back. There’s zero resolution if you don’t receive what you paid for.
Do not order on the mobile app, they steal your money and you never get your order or a refund.
Ordered online through the app for delivery and never received my order and they won’t answer the phone. I need a refund!!
