Austin Catering catered our wedding on May 31, 2025 and it was absolutely delicious! They worked with us on a custom menu and we did two rounds of taste tasting and they were more than accommodating for all of my knit picky changes! All of our guests absolutely loved the food and were a little surprised since wedding food can often be a tad unimpressive, but this truly felt like a meal in a restaurant. They also made us late snacks which everyone loved as well and were very accommodating of dietary restrictions. Their team were professional and easy to work with and we 1000% recommend them!

We worked with Gabrielle, who was wonderful and so helpful throughout the planning process. She fielded so many questions not only about the food, but about our alcohol order we were placing as well. Our tasting experience was great and very helpful in helping us plan our menu! Honestly, everything we tried was so good we would have picked it all if we could have. The team was great, and left us with very thoughtful food set aside for us to take home after the night. Even as leftovers the food was incredible!

While every aspect of our catering experience was wonderful, this review is especially for Gabrielle! From our initial inquiry through our final transaction, Gabrielle answered countless questions from us, always being professional and patient as we changed quantities, dishes, and bar setups.
We had a delightful time at our tasting, and the food was all delicious. We got many compliments from our guests about enjoying their meals, and it looked like everything ran very smoothly. We also got our cake and desserts from Austin Catering, and they did an absolutely lovely job with the decoration that we requested. They even packed up cake leftovers for our guests and sent us to our mini moon with extra cake and food for the road.
We did a lot of comparing catering services when planning our wedding, but Austin Catering struck that great balance of being within budget, but not sacrificing quality or our wedding vision. We strongly recommend Gabrielle and the Austin Catering team!

We had a tight timeline, and they excelled in keeping to our schedule. The drinks were tasty, the food was great, and the service was quick. Denise Davis, our main manager, was amazing with the crew and easy to work with. Our bar manager and lead, Michael and Victor, kept the drinks coming and looked lovely. Austin Catering did a phenomenal job for our wedding last November! The quality of service was unparalleled! Flavia, our catering manager, was involved in the planning process for months beforehand - helping create sample menus, providing quotes, and setting up a tasting. She also coordinated all of our rentals through Premiere Events which was a huge bonus (one less vendor for us to worry about). On the big day, she was very professional, and kept things running smoothly! The staff was polite, warm mannered, and kept a drink in my hand the entire night - I never once made it to the bar! We had many guests compliment the food. The salmon and mac & cheese were fan favorites!

We cannot recommend our wedding caterer enough! They stepped in just two months before our wedding after our original caterer went bankrupt, and they turned a stressful situation into a seamless, delicious experience.
From the very first tasting, we knew we were in good hands. The food was amazing — we loved everything we tried, and the cakes were absolutely incredible. They even helped us with a signature cocktail tasting for a small fee when we couldn’t decide, which made the process so much fun!
Their menu options are extensive, and they were beyond accommodating with all of my questions, both via email and in person during our tasting. We went with a buffet-style dinner at the wedding, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food. Everyone was impressed by the quality, variety, and presentation.
What really stood out was their attention to detail. They suggested things we hadn’t even thought of, like plated rolls and salads to keep guests fed while waiting to be called to the buffet — such a thoughtful touch that made the experience even better for our guests.
