If the store will be temporarily closed, someone should have the wherewithal to update this information online to save people the time and money (gas) of going there and fighting the atrocious traffic and terrible parking, especially since you can't get customer service on the phone at all. A reopening date would be nice as well.

I’ve purchased 12 pairs of Golden Goose sneakers for my wife—she absolutely loves them, and I’m fine with the premium price tag because it makes her happy. That said, every time I walk into the store, I feel like I’m being judged or brushed off. It’s hard to tell if they think I can’t afford the product or if I’m just wasting their time.

What’s even more frustrating is watching young, obviously wealthy kids walk in and get treated like royalty. The difference in how people are treated based on appearance or perceived status is pretty obvious and honestly disappointing.

I’ll keep buying the shoes because my wife loves them, but the in-store experience really needs work. Respect should be universal—regardless of how someone walks in the door.

This is not a luxury location. The employees don't assist you like the other stores in the area and make no effort to contact you when your order has arrived. The selection in the store is extremely limited so you can't view the shoes you would like to purchase. I recommend any other designer store over this place.

Was visiting a friend and stumbled upon this store. I love Golden Goose and I had never been to one of their stores. I found a pair of super-star that had a unique color and had them customized. The staff was great. They even shipped my shoes back to my place over on the West coast. These are my 16th pair of Golden Goose. And yes, I am aware that I have a problem

The Domain Austin Golden Goose location does not allow for refunds of unused merchandise. This policy is highly inconvenient when the shoes are received as a gift and the recipient has not tried on the shoes for fit/comfort. This location does not disclose this policy to customers in advance of purchases - even when customers inform the sales associates that they are purchasing a gift. The policy is only noted at the bottom of the receipt which is not helpful to the customer as a receipt is not provided until after a purchase has already been made. Would not recommend purchasing from this store or Golden Goose.

Can’t recommend this store enough. By far, the nicest (\\u0026 chill) GG employees I have ever met. So helpful and friendly. I cannot remember their names, but they helped my best friend and I last week (weds 7/12). They didn’t have my size in a shoe but they searched high and low to try and find it (even went to their storage facility!) and my best friend bought her first pair. I wish this crew worked at my home GG store…we can’t wait to shop from them again next August. PS- They offered us Prosecco AND water. Perfect combo for a hot day of shopping- 10/10 recommend.
