I ordered some fries, and they charged me three times the price. I complained, and they told me to come back another day to claim it. Be careful with this place.

One of the only Mediterranean spots in Austin that doesn’t include rice in their falafel bowls apparently.

I ordered grape leaves and Shawarma wrap. The grape leaves were icicle cold, it really took away from the flavor of it and the wrap was so bland. Normally I expect garlic sauce with chicken shawarma but this really had nothing flavorful on it. There was some kind of white sauce but it did not taste like garlic at all. Won't be back.

The two men working the evening of Saturday, August 3rd made me feel objectified and harassed, and my overall experience was very uncomfortable.

First, when my friend and I ordered, the man taking our order kept winking at us with the most intentionally intense and creepy eye contact, without saying a word, just nodding while smiling and looking us up and down. I was willing to let that go considering the fact that I was there for the food.

Then, while he was preparing the food, he wasn’t wearing gloves and still maintained the most invasive eye contact through the window without breaking it for what felt like forever, winking and licking his lips, seemingly trying to intimidate and/or flirt? At that point, we did not feel safe in his presence, nor did I feel safe eating the food he made. He was acting so creepy, for all I know he could’ve done something unsanitary, just for fun (such as licked my pita or even worse).

While this was all happening, the other guy kept looking at him and us, laughing and acting very suspiciously.
There was a language barrier, so it was difficult to communicate and the business doesn’t have any way to get in contact with whoever owns this place.

I felt harassed and intruded upon, and wasn’t going to eat something made by them, especially without gloves, after he touched money/the tablet. My friend said her falafel wrap was the most dry (I saw no hummus or tahini, which was supposed to be on it), weirdly slimy tasting wrap she’s ever had. On top of that, the side of garlic sauce tasted like WATER. No taste whatsoever, which blew my mind.. How do you mess up garlic sauce? I did try the fries and they were ok but I did not touch my wrap.

As a woman, I am disgusted and sadly not surprised that men like this could be hired to do a job that should represent good customer service and at least, the most basic level of hospitality etiquette.

Overall, sexual harassment energy service and dry, flavorless food.

Very tasteless. And not enough meat. Recommend going somewhere else.

The fattoush falafel salad really hit the spot, so fresh! Tahini sauce could be more flavorful but really good falafel & hummus

I will say not as much meat as compared to the local competitors, but they have the best quality of chicken compared to the others, well seasoned. It's close to where I work so I eat here at least 2 times a week. The guy I pick up from is super nice too.
