Thinking about how big an Avocado Toast tends to be, I threw on a breakfast biscuit Sammy. OK, they just shamed First Watch, and La La Land with their Avocado Toast. The portion was huge! The ciabatta was beautifully made. This had pesto, and a subtly sweet tomato jam on it. It is then topped with queso fresco, bacon, and blistered cherry...

Overall, it was a great experience! Visited Austin Java at about 730 on a Monday morning. Was not crowded at all. Ordered a coffee and decided to order breakfast with my partner. The food was hot and fresh! Everything had great flavor! Service was friendly and attentive! I think this will become a go-to breakfast spot for us!
