The owner is very understanding (she is willing to work with my schedule, listens to my needs and excessed my expectations!), communicates well (kept me updated with kind and clean instructions) and most importantly, she makes the best vegan cakes in town!! The ingredients are fresh, high quality and with the perfect amount of sweetness. We tried so many vegan bakeries in town, hands down, Austin Kind Cakes has the best cakes and the best customer service! Im putting in my next order in now since she books up fast!

I ordered the ice cream cone design cake In strawberry flavor and a dozen cupcakes 6 regular chocolate and 6 vanilla fetti for my daughter to take to school. They were both so good. It was easy to place the order online, text what colors for cake and the flavors for the cupcakes. The response time was immediately after and the day of she communicated and asked what time I wanted to pick up and texted me to tell me when it was ready, pick up was easy and quick. The flavors were so good, I’m obsessed with the frosting. I highly recommend.
Seriously the best & most delicious vegan cake I’ve ever had in my entire life. Every one of our guests who weren’t vegan couldn’t stop talking about how good it was & how “you’d never know it was vegan!” I can’t wait to order from here again!

I ordered a cake a month in advance for my baby’s 1st birthday, 4 days before her birthday I was notified that the baker was tested positive for Covid and needed to cancel my order. Although I appreciate the honesty (I definitely didn’t want my baby exposed to Covid), there was no backup plan for the baker just a cancelation leaving me scrambling to find a cake last minute. I reached out to over 10 different bakeries and couldn’t get a cake, now I have to get my baby a cake from the grocery store :/

I order the Lotus Biscoff for my twin daughters' 17th birthday. They wanted something different this year & I needed something a bit more affordable. This fit the bill. We got the small one but it's very tall so you get quite a bit for the money & I didn't expect it to be so incredibly tasty. We all thought it was one of the best birthday cakes we've every had. I'm not even really a cake fan, but that kind of changed my mind. Delicious. We'll be going back!

I found her last year for my daughter's 2nd birthday last minute and she made it happen. (Life saver) We went back this year for my son's birthday and she did amazing job once again. They are my new go to place for ordering birthday cakes for family members, other gatherings and special occasions.Both the Lotus Biscoff and Caramel Pumpkin Pecan cakes were amazing. The ordering process is super easy and the contactless pick up is really smart and convenient. The bakers have also been very accommodating with special requests and respond quickly to text messages.I've ordered the Lemon Raspberry cake and the Butterfly Ombre cake for pick later this month for a birthday celebration and our ladies monthly tea party.
