Its good Kolaches in austin. Thats something that is basically unheard of in this town. Five stars for not having to drive out to West Texas and braving the nitrate plant.

They need to do some quality control. I bought a cheese and egg kolached that had a quarter inch rock hard crust on the bottom. Just thick rock hard bottom that crumbled into dry dust. Barely filled with barely and egg on the inside. If a product is that old and in such condition it should be pulled from the shelf.

These are the best kolaches in Austin. The sticky buns on Friday/ Saturday cannot be missed.

Had not realized this was the old Kolache Shoppe from Burnett Ln until recently, happy to have them back.

Best kolaches around, but their other pastries are great too. Great Espresso drinks too, served by friendly folks. Try the pepperoni roll!!

Our first stop with new bikes!
I had a chance to try multiple flavors. The fruit kolaches are soft, not too bready, and have a decent amount of filling. The raspberry had the best and strongest flavor in my opinion. I really enjoyed the bacon egg and cheese, as well as the Big Daddy Polish. Both are great breakfast options. They also have good slices. The pepperoni was flavorful and crispy. It is reheated, but they use an oven instead of a microwave. Which I can respect.
The kolaches and pastries are excellent and they have a great selection. The pizza is sooo good. Thin crust with perfect flavor. A hidden gem of a place. And the staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond. Our daughter just got her gold belt and they happily made us a cheese pizza close to closing time.
