Austin's Pizza Four Points

I paid $20 for a paper-thin, cheap-tasting pepperoni pizza. A frozen pizza would have tasted and looked better. I’ll never order this again. Disappointing and over-rated.

Service was decent for employees who are probably greatly underpaid.

I honestly can't do the pizza itself anymore. Something has happened to the quality at austin's pizza. Which I guess makes sense since you can buy their pizzas frozen now at HEB.

But their pepperoni rolls are still fire.

I used to use Austin Pizza 10 years ago and it was great. Ordered 3 days ago after moving back into town and hands down one of the worst pizza experiences of my life. Placed an order online and recieved a call shortly after stating they don't do dessert pizzas anymore and they would refund me. No biggie though a little frustrating as that was why I chose to order from them and the option is displayed online. Placed an order for wings, (1) 10" pizza for my kiddos, and a large specialty pizza. Things would have been great after the dessert debacle if they delivered the whole order. Only the wings and small 10" pizza showed up. While waiting on an automated call (ugh already) I recieved yet another call from that location saying they forgot to deliver my pizza. No problem except they obviously sent the now luke warm pizza from their mistake to my house and now I have a nasty been sitting around pizza I just paid $25+ dollars for. Basically im punished for their mistake. Honestly, I probably won't be ordering from these guys again. Zero customer satisfaction, incentive, or retention was shown. Sucks to see this place has gone down the drain so badly as it used to be amazing.

I got the large thin crust pepperoni. It was so greasy the crust was soggy and it was inedible. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve never had such a bad pizza in my life, me nor any of my guests would touch it after one bite. It wasn’t even cut fully through because I’m assuming it was too soggy to get it to slice. After DoorDash fees and tip, $40 wasted….the pizza went straight in the trash where it belonged.

Overrated. This is the most over-priced, below-average, tasting pizza I have ever had. Any other pizza business in town is likely to be much cheaper and taste way better, in my opinion. Austin’s Pizza is very proud of a very sorry product.

Austin's Pizza has gone down in quality over the years. If I want it I'll just get it frozen at HEB to avoid having to order from a store.

Order came missing two items. Tried calling them in the middle of the day and couldn’t get through to a person. For $65 this was not worth the quality I’d expect.
