We carried out, the food was great, pizza rolls are excellent, but if we dined in, it wasn't the best.The dining area could use a good overhaul, unless nobody ever eats there at the tables, not worth it.
The customer service here is amazing! A while back I ordered pizza, drinks and a salad for delivery and when I received my order toppings and my drinks were missing. I called the store and the guy who answered the phone explained to me that they don’t have their own drivers, they only used third party drivers like door dash. Because of this they couldn’t easily just send me a new pizza. I have no idea how they ended up doing this but the worker basically placed another online...

I honestly can't do the pizza itself anymore. Something has happened to the quality at austin's pizza. Which I guess makes sense since you can buy their pizzas frozen now at HEB.
But their pepperoni rolls are still fire.
