Austin's Pizza William Cannon/Brodie

I ordered a pizza for delivery even after reading the bad reviews and honestly, I thought this pizza slapped. I’ve been ordering jets for years and I thought it was way better than that. Whatever kind of bad ratings they had in the past I would say it’s worth giving them another try. A little on the pricey side still though like everything else right now. Keep in mind I did not go into any of their locations. This is delivery only.

My order was made wrong. It was my first time to try Austin‘s pizza, and when I ran in, I grabbed my pizza. I did not expect to have to check it to see if it was made correctly. I later notified them via a link in a text message. They did not get back with me. So not only was my order wrong, but they did not care enough to reply to my comments about it being wrong.

Would never go this place when I think of Pizza, order wasn’t prepared as customized, people working there also looks unhappy. The Pizza looked lifeless 🥲. And of course there is no quality for the price you pay.

Has always been overpriced, but now they are tacking on an additional 10% online ordering fee. Forget it.

The food is mid - better than Papa Johns/Pizza Hut/Dominos, but not up there with Marcos/Jets/Via313. First order they left it on my doorstep without a call or text and it was cold when I found it. Second order they didn't send half of my order, and yet again just left it on my doorstep (after telling them to at least knock on the door or ring the doorbell). I will never order from here again! Buyer beware!

Their pricing and quality don't align. Its twice the price of mainstream pizza and quality is pretty much similar. I do not recommend this place.

As you enter the place to pick up the Pizza,the waiting area is very dirty,an empty cooler,filthy to say the least,dirty floor and walls.
The Pizza as always good,and expensive.

Omg! I cant believe Austin Pizza has 4 star rating. It is 5 star +! My daughter had a mushroom jalapeno, olive pizza delivered to me. It was the most delicious pizza I have 'ever' eaten & I am 74 yrs old! The delivery girl very pleasant, which also accounts for my 5 star rating for atmosphere.

Absolutely unacceptable. Food safety concerns the cheese was spoiled, pizza on top of it was covered in grease completely drenched. I ordered it via ubber eats. Def wish I could put zero starts don't understand how this place is still in business

Cannot believe I paid $42 for a pizza that is just alright. At these prices, I just assumed it must be top-notch pizza. I would’ve been just as happy with Papa John’s quality and not spent so much on a singular large pizza.

Wayyy too many olives put on (and I love olives) and not nearly enough meat (and I don’t even eat much meat).

Genuinely confused by how they charge so much.

Still giving a couple stars because it wasn’t *bad* pizza per sé, just really not on par with pizza that costs so much.

Tried calling for delivery. Got an AI representative. Could not order on phone. Online is not user friendly. Really like their pizza, but current setup is not usable.

They change the size of cheese sticks without any indication and same price and just give you small size now. As we pick the order we had to check everything and had to ask for missing items literally 3 times - it’s just as simple as reading the order, super bad attitude of staff on site
