Ordered pizza tonight and it was barely cooked. Horrible. I can’t believe they served this. It was dough with sauce. No one ate more than 1 bite. They don’t answer their phone.

Ordered for delivery through Uber Eats and my order was wrong and pizza was very cold. I tried calling but they never answered. Their pizza is amazing but will not do delivery again!

We drove from kyle to try a new pizza. Quite expensive but we splurged. Then we had to wait a long time for anyone to greet us at the front. Pizza was tasty right out of the box but not good for leftovers. Crust doesn't hold up well reheated.Also, both of us got sick for days. Wouldn't recommend.Parking: Lights were burned out and parking lot empty. Should have been a red flag.

Really like their pizza but haven't been back for almost a year. Two bad experiences in a row. First left a whole pizza off my order. Whatever they made a mistake move on. The second one seems small but really made me mad. I ordered multiple large salads to go with an order. See picture to see what a $10 salad looks like. It's pathetic. Maybe 1/4 head of romaine lettuce, cheese and dressing. Biggest rip off ever. Might be 50 cents of ingredients and super minimal preparation. Serves one as a small side dish. You could buy a better prepared salad at heb for $2. It really made me mad. I even went back in and asked if they had mistakenly given me a small or if that was in fact a large $10 salad. The staff confirmed that it was a large.

Called at 9:15 for carryout. Had me on hold for 30 mins saying I was the second caller the whole time. Their pizza isn't bad... but being able to order is kind of key

Ordered pizza for delivery. 2 hours later still not delivered. Called and had to sit on hold 38 mins. Was told they have no delivery guy, they are trying to use Favor. I did not want a 2 hour old cold pizza they still hadn't figured out how to deliver. I asked for a refund and was told it would take 2 business days. Why are you accepting delivery orders and money when you cannot deliver? Never again.

Good thing the pizza tastes fine because that is the only thing that gave them a star. Ordered at 4:30 to be delivered at 6:30. Pizza showed up at 7:20 cold. Called and was on hold for 50 minutes and finally hung up as no one answered. Delivery person could only say he was the delivery person and couldn't do anything but say he was sorry. We've had service issues previously so we won't be back.
I used to really love coming here but as a single vegetarian, I don’t like buying a whole pizza so I always got the vegetarian pizza rolls. Not sure when they eliminated the veggie pizza rolls but now there’s only cheese as an option for non meat eaters, and I like to have more than cheese and dough for dinner even when I’m eating out for one night. I’m hugely disappointed that I won’t be a customer here anymore because no one else makes pizza rolls with veggies in the city, and that’s why I became a customer here.

I used to really love coming here but as a single vegetarian, I don’t like buying a whole pizza so I always got the vegetarian pizza rolls. Not sure when they eliminated the veggie pizza rolls but now there’s only cheese as an option for non meat eaters, and I like to have more than cheese and dough for dinner even when I’m eating out for one night. I’m hugely disappointed that I won’t be a customer here anymore because no one else makes pizza rolls with veggies in the city, and that’s why I became a customer here.

Ordered for delivery and notified it would be a hour wait. For a Saturday that’s pretty reasonable. Mid work I realized it’s been over a hour, never heard anyone knock, haven’t gotten any notifications on it being delivered. Was about to call and ask, when my neighbor knocks and I see my now cold pizzas sitting at my door.
