NEVER AGAIN! I've lived in NW Hills for 25 years and try to support the local restaurants. Happened to drive by and stopped in to order a Taco Salad TO GO. 20% Service charge added to my bill. Was told all to-go orders get a 20% service fee added. Really? The salad was already $17. Crazy.
