Simply outstanding. We’ve tried every major Q-place in the Austin area over the years, and Blaine’s was their equal on this trip. Brisket was cooked perfectly, not undercooked and tough or overcooked and dry ….it was moist and tender and full of flavor with a beautiful smoke ring. The spare ribs were *fantastic* as well and were competition-grade . The meat came off with a gentle tug, again cooked perfectly and not the mushy “fall off the bone” overcooked spares that you see sometimes. Loved their sauces too even though the meats absolutely didn’t need it. They were nice and tangy. Overall this guy is doing great work and judging by the numerous other strong reviews it seems Austin agrees.

Delicious BBQ! Directions on google maps are not helpful. The entrance can be a little hard to find but if you turn down Curtis Ave and make a right at the first alley, there is a parking lot for some pickleball courts. Enter the gate and you will see a little brown trailer to the right. You will not be disappointed! The owner was so nice too!!!

A little hard for us to find, thinking our noses would lead the way, but there were no typical smokehouse BBQ smells wafting on the air this Sunday afternoon. Once we found the trailer the BBQ was typical BBQ, except for the turkey, it was moist and juicy and smoked. The potato salad was delicious, corn salad was different but refreshing on the hot day. I did not care for the BBQ sauce(vinegar based) but the good thing is, is that it was not needed. I'm planning on coming back once the weather cools down and to try other items from the menu.
Had the 2 meat platter and was not disappointed. The sauces are more vinegar based and add a different flavor when compared to other Barbeque options of the area. Their Turkey shined for me. Very juicy, especially for white meat.
Parking: We visited in the afternoon when the area was pretty empty, so there was plenty of parking for that time. It may be tough during the later evening as they are a trailer in a park.
I had the pleasure of going of finding this "Gem" of an Establishment on google. I had to get the 5 meat plate that was served generously.."No Cap". Mr. Cooper is a wonderful treasure and a Master of his Craft. Definitely worth the effort to see him for both quality and price. I Love this place.
Went 2 B.Coopers Barbecue for lunch with my family. It's a small spot with lots of seating, the wait was not long and customer service was great! I paid around 60 dollars for 2 big plates of BBQ and a brisket sandwich.
If your looking for some BBQ without the long wait times and lines, this is the place for you.
Parking: Easy parking, you can park in the lot or curb on the street side.
Kid-friendliness: There is some a great amount of open grass area (quality artificial) that is beautifully fenced in and there are lovely trees giving great shade. The food it soo good y’all!! Like ???

The BBQ is so tasty! The rub is not salty or I have just become too accustomed to the Southern Food. Either way, the bbq is good. The brisket and ribs are so delectable! I got a 4 meat option so I could try multiple things out. I was excited to try the grilled Lamb, but it was way too fatty for me. The brisket and ribs were so good. I am not a pulled pork fan, but yet I still get like an idiot, but this time I had no regrets. The pork was succulent, tasty. I was pleasantly surprised. The street corn on the cob was good. Overall I feel like the food is worth going back for. The setup leaves much to be desired. If you go during the middle of the day, you are left to the raw elements of the world, and in Texas, it’s not really pleasant during the summer. I get what they are going for, but the Texas summer just really makes it hard to enjoy the food outside. Also, if you get there and you know it’s supposed to be open but you don’t see anyone, just knock on the window of the booth. It seems like it could be a good BBQ spot, just needs to work out the kinks. Definitely great BBQ, maybe not the lamb

I do love a good Austin food truck meal, and this was one of the best I've had. The meat was perfectly smoked and lean, clean meat. The sides were wonderful. The slaw was a bit hot for my palette, but I'm a whimp. Good size portions, great flavor, warm, welcoming service from Mr. Cooper himself. I highly recommend B Cooper Barbecue.

I was looking for a place to get some good lamb fresh Google it and it show me Cooper barbecue the lamb was very very tender. The coleslaw was good. The street corn was good. Going back tomorrow to try the potato salad and the sausage if you’re looking for some good lamb. This is the place to go. Mr. Cooper also was very very nice.
