Blaine roasted a whole turkey for us for a Friendsgiving dinner back in November. I’m a vegetarian, but the turkey smelled amazing (first time I’ve ever said that about a meat dish). Everyone who ate it talked about how delicious it was. The turkey was the star of the show and B. Cooper BBQ did an awesome job. Blaine was also great to work with and made the ordering and pickup process very easy.

It was really good. The brisket and ribs were, in my humble opinion, better than many of the big names.
One of our favs from our week in Austin

The brisket was 80% fat… what wasn’t fat, was really dry. The ribs were very dry. Sausage was dry. There was no elote. There were no homemade pickles. The plates only come with one side. The sandwiches come with no sides. The potato salad was really good. I really wish the food was fresh but given the setup i understand.

Ok I’m done gatekeeping. Is this the best bbq I’ve ever had? Yes. Do I know how the food can be so good yet so affordable? No. It’s magical. Just true passion and skill of the pitmaster.

They’ve moved to Austin Garden but it’s still the same great BBQ. The jalapeño cheddar sausage is a must-try!!!

OMG, I tried their lamb BBQ and it’s really good! Sometimes it can be a bit dry, but honestly, you won’t find any other BBQ places that even offer lamb.

Awesome atmosphere, great bbq with a unique taste
I’m new to Austin..been going around trying all sorts of bbq.
This stuff is some of the best I’ve had so far. Nice thick slices of brisket, pretty dang juicy. Sausage was super flavorful, not my fav flavor but still great. Just a personal thing.
Came with onions, jalapeño slices, and pickles. I’m a hoe for all those.
Prices are super fair too. Some of the best prices I’ve seen in Austin. (Per pound, plus for meat plates)
Atmosphere out here is great. Picnic tables, owner seems awesome.
We will be back

Fantastic bbq food - owner gave us some free sausage as we couldn’t decide what meats to get.
Pork ribs & brisket were both so tender and flavorful!! Potato salad, sweet & spicy BBQ sauces were yummy too! Really great BBQ spot! No complaints
Really good bbq.
The brisket was out of this world. Highly recommend.
Top notch brisket in Austin, great turkey, ribs, and sausage too! Sides were awesome too, love the horseradish slaw and the potato salad
