The brisket and the ribs were delicious. The potato salad was one of the best ones I've ever had in my life. Since it's simply in a food truck/trailer, it gives off an authentic outdoor BBQ experience similar to a picnic since all seating is located outdoors.
Simply outstanding. We’ve tried every major Q-place in the Austin area over the years, and Blaine’s was their equal on this trip. Brisket was cooked perfectly, not undercooked and tough or overcooked and dry ….it was moist and tender and full of flavor with a beautiful smoke ring. This stuff is some of the best I’ve had so far. Nice thick slices of brisket, pretty dang juicy. Sausage was super flavorful, not my fav flavor but still great. Just a personal thing.
