Great value for large meals on fresh baked goods. House combo has the real deal coldcuts! Fast service. Limited seating but in a clean and bright corner location.

To start off, I don’t really like to give local businesses bad reviews, but this one has really gone downhill. We visit Austin many times and frequently come here, and the last few times, the service was ok, which is fine with me because we would place our order to go. However, the sandwich was really lacking in both flavor and quality. I’m not sure if it’s new ownership or their suppliers, but the sandwiches were not as good as before, almost as if they were cutting corners and making it cheap for what you pay. I also want to mention that when I requested for my receipt, the younger girl that took my order didn’t want to respond, ignoring my request (not a communication error, as I can speak Viet). Either way, the customer service was especially poor, and after spending about $100, this place is definitely not worth it and the food is of bad quality.

Dude!!! This place is fantastic! I always get a Banh Mi Dac Biet with pate (in Vietnamese "Dac Biet" means like "THE SPECIAL") and is usually a combination of the best stuff they got (goes for Pho too). They also make great grilled pork Banh Mi (Thit Nuong). Don't skip the veggies too, it's part of the flavor/texture balance - you're excused if you have the cilantro "soap taste" gene.

If you don't do delicious creamy liver pate... I get it, but you'll never know the legit experience of a Bunh Mi Dac Biet (essentially the Vietnamese equivalent of the Italian cold cut).

Also - they serve Che (pronounced with a down-up tone like "chey-uh") with are wonderful desert puddings with coconut milk/cream, sweet beans, coconut jelly strips, tapioca, this is so good - but try it with ice.

This spot is underrated. Chicken banh mi was great….so was the papaya salad

I ordered and paid for a large food order for a company event two weeks in advance. Just two days before the event, they informed me that they forgot they are closed on my scheduled pick-up day (seriously?). Additionally, the owner tried to charge me $20 for a tray to hold the food. Is this some kind of joke?

Great banh mi for the price! I got the combination and really enjoyed it and also the fresh sugarcane juice. I would definitely recommend this place for an affordable lunch.

This place has delicious banh mi. I had only three different ones so far and loved them all. Great bread and the ratio of bread filling is spot on. Also all those working there are awesome, great service. I'll be returning for sure.

Pretty decent spot. The price was good and the baguettes were very well made on the banh mi. I wish they offered more traditional banh mi options though
