10 minutes to wait in line and order, 10 minutes for a coffee to arrive. Should head to Starbucks

Cute place to work from. Loved the kale salad with no cheese & I'd order with less dressing next time or a different dressing.
The turkey pesto was good.
I liked the oatmilk matcha exactly how it comes.
The poptart was tasty, but very sweet and 3 people can share it.

I want to love this place. It's in a great location and can be pretty. The staff is super friendly too BUT the food is meh. The price is high and you expect more. That's my honest review. It could be so much more. It can taste so much better. I've had way better food elsewhere for brunch with better ingredients for similar price or less. Bigger plates and better quality food instead of feeling like a hotel that offers breakfast for free quality food. Sorry. Wish it was better. Had other experiences before this here and wanted to give it another try but nope it didn't exactly wowed me again today. At least the sandwiches didn't. The potatoes were sparse and yes embassy suites potatoes are better. The croissant was ok. Have had better. The salad tasted like Costco chicken salad ahh hated to say this too :(
Would give 4 stars bc the one server was sweet but she left for the day. Another was kind. Others were busy and ok. But the food rating solely for the food is very meh

We stopped in for a treat and enjoyed it. I got the gluten free orange blackberry muffin, delish! Would recommend the gf muffin! Hubby had the iced oatmeal cookie warmed up and he said “this is the bomb!” 😉 We both tried the macaroons and they were ok. Find Me Gluten Free listed this place, and I’ll say they do have 1 or 2 gf options. Don’t expect a huge variety BUT you WILL enjoy the muffin!! So dont pass it by!

The sandwich are small for the price. I wouldn't recommend it could get better food. But the coffee is amazing

The bakery has an Austin vibe! It is a relaxing place to meet and greet, or just chill. It is on an upscale side of town so the prices are adequate for the location. The scones are a must as they are served warm.

Visited Bakery Lorraine at The Domain Northside and really liked the overall experience. The vibe is warm and inviting, and the staff is friendly and helpful, which makes it a pleasant place to spend time.

I tried their hot chocolate, and it was good — I’d rate it around 3.5/5. It wasn’t outstanding, but still enjoyable. What really stands out is the atmosphere. It’s a great spot to sit, relax, and even get some work done for a few hours.

If you’re in The Domain and looking for a comfortable café with a nice ambience, this is a solid choice.

The food is (very) under par, they focus on ambiance and convenient location. The service was good. The breakfast sandwich was not delicious and was served luke warm, and the Peppermint Mocha was served luke warm, the OJ was blase... All for $45. And I had such high hopes for this place.

The food at Lorraine was good but I also had a bad experience with the manager. The rest of the employees there were amazing and kind, it was just the manager Olive (red hair). I kindly asked for another side or any alternative because the potatoes I had tasted raw. Again, this may just have been and unfortunate coincidence with my food which happens, but I hoped a suitable resolution could’ve been made. I kindly asked for a substitute or if it could be recooked but Olive just answered with “that’s just how they’re made” followed by “if you want to get something else you can order”. I didn’t understand the hostility I received from Olive and it was disappointing especially because I was asking kindly.
Other than that, the food was great, service was fast, but it was unfortunate interaction.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Manager with red hair was extremely rude, unprofessional and threatened a minor. If the owner of the business could provide their email, i’d be happy to give more details on what transpired.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
The staff’s attitude toward customers was outright disrespectful, but the real problem is the manager, whose behavior was shockingly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of addressing concerns or showing any basic courtesy, she spoke down to us and made the situation unnecessarily unpleasant.

A café should make customers feel welcome here, we were treated like a nuisance. There was no accountability, no attempt to fix the issue, and absolutely no respect.
I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

Was excited to try a new bakery and was super disappointed with the pastries and customer service. Let’s just say the homeless guy on the way home got some overpriced baked goods.
