I was craving dumplings and everything was great! I’d definitely go back to have more :)

I ordered $100 worth of food and they gave me zero sauce for my dozen Bao and they gave me zero straws for my 4 Bobas. Way to ruin the entire meal.

The food had no flavor I felt like I was eating frozen food from the grocery store

Most of the food was cold besides the rice and the dumplings. The chicken dumplings taste like the chicken comes out of a can. Even the fried chicken was cold. The only thing I ate out of my whole order was my steamed chicken potstickers. I spend $62 and what a complete waste to only eat $6 worth of the food. I won’t not recommend.

Their boa buns are not bad because their bread is actually pretty good, but the other menu items aren't worth it. The worst chicken potstickers I have ever had (and I have had so many). No flavor or texture.

Not worth price. They take advantage of the fact you can’t see inside the dumplings and they give you very little meat. The dumplings are 90% bread with the tiniest scoop of filling. Take your money elsewhere.

I work and live in Mueller and have eaten here MANY times. Today I go in and order what I always order- crispy chicken bao sandwich. Which USUALLY comes with coleslaw, green onions, and sauce. When I got my order it was just plain chicken and the bread. No toppings. I told the young lady at the counter and she said “you have to order that extra”. I explained to her I’ve been here numerous times and have never had to order the toppings separate. She insisted I was wrong and walked me over to the ordering area which also confirmed I was correct.
She then comes over and brings me a sauce that’s still in plastic packaging and a plastic container of the coleslaw- no green onions either. So I’m expected to also put my own toppings on my food on top of getting my order wrong. I asked the girl to open the sauce package because I wasn’t even able to- she struggled to get it open herself for about 5 mins while laughing with her coworker about it.
Really disappointed in the service here and it seems to have gone downhill by a lot, will not be returning. Save your money as there are many other great places in the area with better food and way better service.

Very disappointed about the customer service after we ordered three boba teas with two tapioca scoops per drink and one with a single scoop. All four drinks had the same low level of boba and they admitted to have forgotten to put the additional boba scoop in two of the three drinks, however, they stayed strong about having added two scoops in the third drink. Let me remind you, they all looked the same as the single scoop. The lady at the front finally said she would add another scoop but after she talked to another staff member, she gave us the drink back without any modifications. My daughter ordered and paid for those drinks for herself and her friends and was very nice about asking for the missing scoops. I thought they would listen to an adult but couldn’t care less when tried. You lost a young and frequent customer today, she has no interest in your business anymore and will not come back.

The food was underwhelming and warm. Pork belly didn't taste good, compared to many other spots in Austin. The filling portions in the bao were on the light side. The tables were dirty. It's very unlikely we'll return.

DO NOT EAT HERE. My boyfriend and I ate here for dinner and he got food poisoning. We ordered the chicken xiao long bao, shrimp dumplings, wasabi shrimp bao, a couple other baos and French fries. The health inspector needs to look at this establishment. I’ve never seen anyone get food poisoning as bad as my boyfriend did, I’m a pescatarian so I didn’t eat a lot of the things he ordered. Beware

I try Bao’d Up in Mueller and really enjoy it. Dumplings are hot and tasty, bao is soft and full. I get boba drink too very good, not too sweet. Place is clean, and staff is friendly. Food come fast.
Good spot for quick lunch. I will come back again!

I love coming Here the drinks and food is always fresh when I get it.. I went by today and got me the loaded fries for the first time and customer service always amazing when I go by... Definitely coming back 10/10. I don't eat spicy food but the loaded fries changed that and it was amazing 😋
