The food has gotten significantly worse over time seemingly as the owners try to cut costs. All the unique good items like the hot pot brisket have been removed and what’s left is literally just commercialized freezer section grocery store food. That’s not even the worst part. The service here was horrible. The girl working at the front said she’s been working here a year and still doesn’t know the menu, and how much she struggled with our order told me she wasn’t lying. The people in the back forgot the vegetables in the Bao and the girl in the front forgot the pickled onions in our order and when she brought the red onion, she spilled the juice on my girlfriend, stared at the spilled pickled juice, didn’t even apologize and walked away. This place has really gone downhill. No wonder they’re closing locations around town.

Ordered the pork soup dumplings, milk tea with boba, and fried chicken guabao. We were originally given uncooked soup dumplings. Quite off putting to bite into the raw pork. I understand mistakes happen, but we received minimal apology from the staff. Once we got the new soup dumplings, they were just okay. Fried chicken guabao was also okay. Milk tea was probably the only thing I would consider ordering again.

Great dumplings and bao. I really loved the brisket filling and the pork filling. You'll also love the hot chicken option but it comes with way too much cabbage. There are even multi vegetarian options. This is a great filling option at any time of day. There's not much of line because most folks choose other nearby options. Lucky you, this is one of the best food options in Mueller.

This dumpling shop is the kind of place that proves steamed buns can be a spiritual experience, especially when you're holding one of those juicy pork baos that somehow manages to be both pillowy soft and exploding-with-flavor in every single bite. Then there’s the spicy brisket bao, a glorious mash-up of tender, smoky beef and just the right amount of kick that makes you go “oh yes, that’s what lunch should do.” Each bao arrives warm and inviting like it’s personally cheering you on, and by the time you get to the last bite you’ll be whispering affirmations like “you were worth it” even if there’s a little pork juice on your shirt. The vibe is fun and unfussy, the staff is friendly, and you’ll leave feeling full, content, and already eyeing the menu wondering which bao deserves to be your next obsession.

This is so much better and cheaper than it needs to be for where it is. Definitely undervalued option in Mueller

Delicious bao buns!
Employees were very friendly as we came during closing. Very happy with the kindness and quality of the staff. Food was good and price was great. Definitely come back for a good fair priced meal!

We got the pork dumplings and got one vegetarian dumpling! I wasn’t the biggest fan of the vegetarian, but the pork ones were great!

The milk tea is fine, standard, but I ordered pork belly at 8:30 on a Sunday and it was inedible. Total rubber, too much sauce, buns were somehow hot on one side and cold on the other. disgusting.

Horrible service, they lost my order in there system then asked me to pay for a second order after waiting 30min for them to determine it was lost even with me providing a confirmation code and proof that I paid and was charged. They refunded me for the 2nd order but totally wasted 30-40min of my time on a long day. Then after the 30min wait and having me pay for a 2nd order they actually start the cooking process so about an hour that I did not have(and subsequently find my order). Manager Alex did nothing about the long wait. Food was/is good but I won't be coming back after this experience :(.

The baos I got were overcooked or something, because the filling was dried and barely edible.

We were dine in but they were swamped with take out orders and we waited our food for a while. Not authentic Chinese food to be clear and everything tasted bland. The meat they used for fillings are not in good quality. If you want to try it just order a pick up there’s no service at all.

Food was ok, but beware pork belly has PEANUTS! My girlfriend is allergic and threw up. There were no signs or warnings on the kiosk or the menu when we added it from the Dan Dan noodles! I had to ask a worker later if there were any peanuts.

My husband and I visited this past weekend. We ordered two Brown Sugar Bobas, one order of their Crispy Chicken Tacos, and one Egg Custard Bao. Everything was delicious. The boba drinks were very good and a great size. The crispy chicken tacos were a decent size and very tasty. Lastly, the egg custard bao was very good and not overly sweet which was nice. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty busy. They have a good amount of seating but with how busy it was we didn’t get a table immediately but, some people left right before our food came out which worked out well.

Decent spot for commercial grade dumplings and Bao’s. I’d say it’s worth a stop if you have a craving or just need a dumpling/bao fix. We didn’t order soup dumplings cause that looked kind of wack. I wouldn’t necessarily tell a friend or family, especially if they’re Asian, to come here unfortunately. So if you’re expecting some top notch dumplings, I’d still skip. But if you’re just looking to casually grab a bite, this is worth a visit.
