This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The girl at the front didn't smile once and looked like she was ready to fight me or anyone else that was going to walk through that door. I ordered a chicken sandwich, fries and extra sauce. The chicken was literally an inch long and basically just fried bits on my sandwich. The "extra sauce" was just thrown into a bag still in the packaging that it got sent to them in, it would've taken 2 seconds to put the sauce in a sauce container but this place takes so many short cuts I'm afraid to know how they go about cleaning at night - I wouldn't be surprised if it was roach infected. EAT WITH CAUTION

The food was as bland as a 2 year old would like it!!! I went with my teens and husband, and not one of us were happy with the quality, falvor, and textures of the food.Being an Asian American woman, maybe my standards are just too high for good quality Bao, Buns, Soup Dumplings, and Ramen. I expected so much better, I've had so much better.Just over $100 for the following. It's not worth a single penny.... everything is frozen and thrown into a steamer. Not one fresh bao, and this is so disappointing, especially for this to be your specialty!Juicy Pork Bao: Bland and mushy towards the inside.Terriayki Bao: Slight sweet flavor but again overall bland and mushy inside. The texture was off-putting, to say the least.Crispy Chicken Bun: The chicken was cooked well but flavorless along with the coleslaw.Soup Dumpings: The filling and soup again had no flavor!Ramen: This left so much to be desired! Everything was completely flavorless. The only good thing was that the noodles were not overcooked.Fries: My teens actually said that the Fries were the only decent thing and only because they liked the with them with the slightly spiced dipping sauce. These are just your frozen crinkle cut fries.Don't waste your time or money stopping here. The service was mediocre at best. Also, the water dispenser was as slow as molasses... WTH! ??‍♀️Kid-friendliness: It would be great for small picky children.

The taste of the food here is very western, not super authentic, however if you're just looking for tasty food then it is a very nice place. The sweet baos are super yummy and the fried wontons were good as well. They also have boba tea!

Insane Bao Buns!!! We went here and had never been before and we were mad impressed, very affordable and delicious. My wife and I loved the Chicken and Pork ones the best, and definitely don't sleep on the Brown Sugar Boba! SOOO GOOD. I would go back every day.

Pretty good spot for Bao Buns in the Mueller Aldrich area. I would definitely try the Crispy Chicken Bao Buns.

Cute spot in a wonderful area. I loved the spicy brisket bao, and the seasoned fries. The dips were amazing. I didn't like that the pork bun meat was just a big lump of meat, I prefer it to me loose, but that is just my preference. And the water area is messed up which was annoying. I also wish they accepted cash, thankfully my friend had him card and could cover the bill so I didn't have to walk back to my car 4 blocks away.

TLDR: The food is good. The dining experience was ok.My family of 5 visited this plaice for the first time. Like we often do for a first time visit, we ordered several menu items to give them all a try.The highlights of the experience were definitely the spicy brisket bun and the soup dumplings m. If you go, ordering these items is a requirement. The lowlights are as follows.- Upon our arrival, we were directed by the staff to the kiosk to place our order. There were no pleasantries exchanged.- The water machine was broken. The ice machine was empty. People on staff didn’t seem to mind either of these issues. We tried to alert them to this, but it’s hard when the employees don’t engage with you.- A bottled 20oz coke will cost you close to $4, which is ridiculous.Overall the experience wasn’t horrible. We’ll be back base on the merits of the food alone. Hopefully they tighten up the ship a little and I can upgrade them to a 4 or 5 star review.

Ordered off of UberEats, it's comical they call that chicken "tenders". It's one of the smallest chicken tenders I have ever seen. Go to Tumble 22 or Pluckers for REAL tenders. This place is an absolute joke.

This place is quickly becoming one of my go to lunch spots in Mueller. You can get fries and two buns for for just about $10 and add some more protein for a little more. Service is quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Definitely a must try. By the way, their fries are amazing if you order them in restaurant!

I don't write reviews. Only when I have surprisingly bad food. This was one of those times. Food was bland, sauce was weird, fries somehow didn't have enough seasoning (maybe just needed more salt?). Their water dispenser barely worked. One of those places you'd think is good and it was just so mediocre. Thankfully it isn't overpriced, only redeeming quality & the kind workers.

They were all delicious! Pick-Up was easy. The egg custard was better the last time I had it, but still good.
