So this year I am writing reviews!!
Food is way too expensive to not get what you paid for! I ordered for pick up, the sweet-and-sour fried chicken for $17 and it was absolutely disgusting. There was no batter on it whatsoever nor was there any sauce. It looked nothing like the picture in addition to that I bought an order of the dry noodles and boy was they dry and way too spicy when I asked for mild spice. I also bought the Thai rolls, they were fine. $50 paid!
My husband and my son said it was terrible so it sat in the refrigerator.
I am highly disappointed!!!

Do NOT get the meat lovers dry pot I promise you. Our water literally tastes like salt water now because it is so salty. It has no flavor. Just salt, oil, and meats. We took 2 bites and asked if we could trade but they wouldnt let us trade and just offered to bring rice. If you dare to brave this feat, just make sure you get rice. Jesus christ.

Food was average (my drunken noodle was too sweet), service was non existent.
But the main reason that I won't go back is the ordering system (scan and order in an app) is unnecessarily complex. One just wants to come to a restaurant to eat, not to spend time to figure out how to order separately and worry if you would end up having to divide payment later. Even worse, it requires a phone number. No way I am giving my phone number to eat at a restaurant. Phone numbers are valuable data points for marketing and much more.
Not coming back.

I love this restaurant! I’ve tried their hot pots, noodle dishes, soups and their new fried chicken dishes. Everything I’ve ordered has been delicious! Everyone I bring there ends up going back on their own.

Always delicious, especially on a lovely cold overcast day! I get the make-your-own noodle soup bowl with Thai red curry, udon, chicken, and various veggies, and it always hits the spot (I realize this is an odd combo but hey, they let you do what you want, so why not). One of the few places in town that will let you customize your hot pot/soups like this, and I appreciate that they come in single (but large) servings so you and your friends can get different flavors. IMO most of the trendy hot pot places in town are crazy overpriced and the broth is not that good, but Basil Thai has fantastic broth AND reasonable prices.
I believe that the owner is usually the one waiting on tables as I always see her here. She is very conscientious and clearly cares if her customers are having a good experience. Only thing I will mention is that they do love to serve the soups at a nuclear temperature, so the first bite is going to numb your tongue if you're not paying attention! (kinda like this anyways, I hate getting served lukewarm soup)

Love the dry hot pot and wings. Owners always seem in a rush, but it doesnt stop me from coming back.

It was adequate. Pricey for the quality. Veggies somewhat undercooked. Good portions. Friendly service.

Food is GREAT! HOWEVER.... The last 2 times I visited I got a bad stomach ache from all the oil they put in the food. Excessive amounts of oil which isn't needed for cooking. Also the food portions have gone down. Giving small amounts of food for the same price is ridiculous. Sooo sad this used to be our favorite spot to eat. We also sent some friends there to eat and the portions were so small. Very disappointed has the food used to be amazing...It's really clean in there. And the workers are very friendly. If they worked on putting less oil in the food and giving better portion sizes.I think their business would grow

I picked up HP2 Lemon Grass Tom Yum Seafood and it tasted ok, but there were 3 or 4 clams that had not opened so we had to throw those out. The restaurant should have checked that they were boxing up the dish with open clams to make sure they were good.
Got E2 Green Curry with chicken and it was pretty bland.
Got E6 Ka-prow Hot Basil with chicken and I had asked for it to be spicy and it was not at all spicy, but it tasted ok.
Also got R 1 Drunken Noodle with beef and this was good, but again no spice to speak of even though the menu indicates it would have some spice level.
All in all ok, but nothing that would want me to go back after this first visit.

The worst pad thai and the worst satay chicken I have ever tasted.
The beef in the pad thai was tough and flavorless and the chicken satay was fried (not grilled), and extremely dry.
The owner seemed to not care at all when we mentioned this in a very polite way and just asked if we were ready to pay.
I highly recommend Not ordering these items.

Maybe it’s what I got, but this was way too spicy for us to eat, and I like spicy food. So use caution when ordering cause it can me a little much, but the saving grace was the egg rolls. I’ll try going back a second time and avoid whatever they put in there last time.

I am not sure how I would describe this restaurant other than it's ok. I went here because a YouTuber said it was good. The food was good for what my wife and I got. The price was steep for what I thought it was worth. It was $17.95 plus tax which is high for the amount. Like I said it was good but gosh the price, no thanks. The atmosphere was nothing special. In fact it was meh. It was dull and nothing special. Would I go back? No because of the price. I can get or go to the store for cheaper. Oh the hot pot thing was fine nothing exciting.

They had a qr code order thing that was weird. Only lets one of us look at the menu at once. Quick service though and nice. My pad see ew was 9/10, wife's pad Thai was kinda weird with a TON of bean sprouts, just not our preference. Overall recommend
