Anytime I come to this place the workers are lazy and it seems like they don't want to work. I came at 8 pm and they were already closing and putting things away, even though the sign says they close at 9 pm.

Four stars only because of the ice cream. Service is three stars. There are great ice cream choices and options for sundaes, shakes, and other ice cream treats. Also, here you get almonds on top instead of peanuts. It's quite a treat!The problem is service is hit and miss. Sometimes the employee is very friendly; other times the employee is either disinterested or annoyed.

The mask mandate is over. However, the woman or man (not really sure which) said we were required to were a mask. I put my shirt up over my nose and mouth but that wasn’t acceptable (even though that’s literally the same as a mask). But when I grabbed a paper napkin and held it over my mouth (and not my nose) then she (or he) would serve us. So is this company promoting compliance, or stupidity? It seems like both.

They changed their hours of operation, but didnt bother to change to update them online. My girl and just drove across town to get some ice cream, only to find a locked and empty store. Very inconsiderate to the people who keep them afloat in a time when many are going out of business due to the china plague.

Had a coupon for a free scoop for downloading the app and because the barcode wouldn’t scan at the store they wouldn’t allow me to have a scoop of ice cream. Once I redeemed the coupon it timed out after 5 minutes so now I can’t even try to use it at another location. The manager did not do anything. Poor customer service.

It clearly states that your location closes at 10pm on Sunday's. So I'm confused as to why your employees locked the doors at 9:27? Then, stand behind the counter on their cell phones and pretend they dont see ppl standing outside/ knocking on the door. There's not a lot that we can do for our children during this time, but this was the one thing they wanted. Thanks for ruining that

Ordered an ice cream cake for my daughters birthday. Cake looked amazing but they made it with mint ice cream instead of the vanilla we ordered. Very disappointed birthday girl.
