This place was absolutely filthy. The floor was covered in dirt, hair, and sticky shit. The counters weren’t any better. All of the ice cream had large chunks of other flavors in it. Not ideal for someone with nut allergies. The staff was extremely lazy and slow. I came at about 8:00 today and it was absolutely ridiculous. Go anywhere else but here.

Waited 10 min when I was the only person in line and no one was wearing gloves or a hairnet… touched my ice cream cone with bare hands and found a hair in my ice cream.. absolutely disgusting!

Arrived at 7:50, the lights are turned off and doors are locked. The website says they close at 10pm but they closed hours earlier than they should have. This has happened more than once, baskin Robbin’s needs to change their operation hours correctly to reflect proper closing times or talk to their workers please.

I don't know why they advertise open until 10pm but the stupid young employees close an hour early.

Hours state they're open till 10pm on Friday. We got there at 8:30 and were able to place our order but one employee was putting up tables except for the one left for their friends. We sat down on some chairs still left and were told the dining room was closed. We couldn't stay there to eat even though they continually served other customers. Lights were off and one employee poured melted ice cream back into one of the tubs. Customer service is nil.
