Arrived at 9:15pm on a week night (hours online say they are open until 10pm) and apparently the staff closes the store whenever they'd like. We walked to the door and asked when they closed and the girl flipped the sign over and asked her co-worker when they close from inside the door. This was the opposite of customer service. I wouldn't recommend coming here in the evening.... next time the staff may be shutting down a few hours early.

The stated closing time on their website, Google Maps, and the sign on their door says 10 PM, I showed up 15 minutes before closing and the staff had already locked the door and were closing early, refusing to let me in. Don't close your business to customers until your stated closing time.

My family and I literally just walked out this is the second time we are disgusted. One of the girl was literally picking her nose and didn’t even wash her hands and started laughing with her co workers another was acting like he was waving a fart from the same girl it’s so disgusting the place is a mess. All the jars with the sprinkles are filthy . Girls with long nails touching your ice cream so unsanitary and last time I had to pay extra because the chocolate covered cone I had was missing chocolate from the sides, how is that my fault? The chairs and tables are so sticky and gross it’s like if kids were running the place .

Drove twenty minutes and the door was locked at 7:30pm even though the open sign was still on. Are the online hours incorrect or do they just close early?

Came after 5pm on a Monday. There was a lot of friendly staff to help out. Not too busy, 4 other customers plus our family of 3.My son ordered a dinosaur creature creation and well...we got half way there?! ??

It's been a while since I've visited a Baskin Robbins, but I grew up going to the ice cream chain as a kid and some flavors just bring back all the memories! I think my all time favorite is the Cherries Jubilee, but I still want to try new flavors every time I visit just to see if there's anything else I'll love as much.I will give Baskin Robbins credit for trying, but I've always been so disappointed with their sugar free flavors. They just don't pack a punch with the flavor and can't compare to the other offerings. That said, I do appreciate the dairy free options they offer. Ultimately, I went with the Cherries Jubilee and the Pistachio Almond, which initially tasted great but seemed to have a more mild flavor than I usually prefer. The Cherries Jubilee was fantastic! I will say this I've not been to this area of Austin before and while there is plenty of parking, the parking lot and location felt a bit run down. There was no seating outside and seating inside was limited. Personally, this felt more like a grab-and-go location since seating was more limited. The employees were friendly and helpful with trying samples and checking out, so no complaints there! All in all, I definitely like Baskin Robbins and always enjoy eating ice cream on a hot summer day (or 65% of Texas days, since it's always over 100F here!)

Best service everThe gentlemen who made our cappucino blast was so kind. He had us try the ice-cream and taste our drink to make sure it was to our liking. I must say we have never experienced such a Baskin Robin's with great service they really care about their customers. Not to mention we've only been there once before and the gentlemen remembered our drinks and very genuine. Thankyou if only all Baskin Robin's were as awesome as this one.
