The worker at intercom wasn't kind for serving. Rude.
5/11 Mother’s Day the girl with the blue braids working the window. I said, “I’ll have the…” and she interrupted, “Let me know when you’re ready.” I said, “Yep I’m ready. I’ll have a Small mint milkshake.” She said, “Yeah I don’t have mint.” Then I said, “I’ll take Oreo.” And she said, “What a scoop or what?” I said, “I said milkshake.” I get to the window and she’s on her phone texting. I told her “maybe if you got off your phone you wouldn’t have such an attitude.” And I drove off without the shake because yeah I’m not gonna drink something she made after that. I think something on her phone is upsetting her and it’s rubbing off to the customers. Either way, I come here so often for DD and BR and what a shame now I won’t for a while if she’s still there.
The service here is terrible- they say nothing and look at you, don't even ask what you want or need. The staff move at a snails pace. They honestly looked stoned. I'll never ever go back to this store.
Staff is not good they are not helping the customers properly and not receiving customers properly i suggest not to come here better go to other basking robins
NOT OPEN UNTIL 9!!!!
We went at 8:30 because they state they are open until 9 and only Dunkin Donuts was open. The whole Baskin Robbins side was shut down.
Then, we were caught in the middle of 2 homeless people trying to kill each other outside the door. 10 homeless people just crowded all outside walking around. Terrible location.

We ordered a custom ice cream cake from this location, and it was ready on time and made exactly to our specifications. When I went to pick it up, I noticed several employees working hard, and there were plenty of pre-made cakes on display that looked amazing. They also had a good selection of ice cream flavors, though I can't comment on the taste as I haven't tried Baskin Robbins' ice cream before.
As for the custom cake, it was absolutely delicious and a hit at the party. We chose the Confetti Crazy Cake base and customized it with white cake and Old Fashioned Butter Pecan ice cream. Guests kept asking where we got the cake and were surprised to hear it was from Baskin Robbins. Overall, it was a great experience!

I'm not sure why the people who work here hate their job so much. I ordered a large oreo shake. The girl who took my order took longer than normal to make it. When I finally got the shake it was a light brown color, and no cookie crumbles in the ice cream, and so I thought why did she give me a chocolate shake? I tasted it and it very much tasted like vanilla mixed with chocolate and it was soft serve. They tried to pass it off as oreo. I order from the Pflugerville location all the time so I know what it should look and taste like. They weren't out of the cookies and cream ice cream so I'm not sure why she felt the need to experiment on me.
Closed at 8:50 and people working inside looking and giggling talking about it but don't care to open
Don’t go on Monday nights. They don’t serve ice cream on Monday nights. It's a little frustrating their hours don’t reflect this since we drove out of the way.

I ordered a strawberry shortcake and Carmel turtle waffle bowl. Only got Carmel turtle and their waffle cone and bowls are saturated with a sugar solution that makes them feel incredibly stale and feels like it'll rip out my teeth. A far stretch from my childhood.

I have never experienced the worst, so-called customer service in my life. The guy who claims he was the manager name is Joshua Schaeffer was racists, rude, and condescending! Not only did he roll his eyes twice at me he kept walking away while I was trying to order. Not to mention I had my daughter with me. I will never in my life go to Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins again! he even had the nerve to walk outside the establishment when I got in my car, smiling and laughing to walk next-door to grab some cigarettes while on his shift I don’t even think that’s sanitary because he wasn’t wearing any gloves while he was making drinks or giving out ice cream

Pulled up thinking maps had incorrectly routed me because of the burned out sign. It's a combo dunkin and baskin robbins??Signs burned out, no signage on the windows, maybe 10 flavors, bad service. It should be closed down.
