This is by far the worst dunkin. Save your money and time and go to the summer moon down the road or Starbucks. They don't greet people whether drive thru or inside the store. I put in a mobile order, walked inside, stood at the front, and even asked for help in which I told to wait. The staff then proceeded to ask the person behind me what they needed without any consideration for me standing there. Not to mention they can't make coffee and everything is watered down. Below is the ridiculousness they have me today. I won't go back.

I live very close to the Dunkin Donuts / Baskin Robbins in Belterra Village. I have 14 grandchildren and 8 of them spend lots of time with me. This is by far the place that they ask to go to most often. I personally love the ice cream and have grown really fond of their donuts. The facility is always clean and the staff is always friendly and courteous. If you order 8 shakes you will have to be prepared to wait a bit because they have only one blender and they clean it after each different flavor shake. They are serious about cleanliness and sanitation. I have read a few unfriendly reviews and I can't understand why. Some days are busier than others and you can't always have enough .... unless you are into waste. Keep up the good work.

What a shitshow! Waited 5 minutes in the drive thru! Only one car ahead of me and no one ordering in the store. Get with it! When I said "hello" I was told to wait another "moment!"

I went to BR with my grandson for a treat. The ice cream favor I wanted they did not have. But they did have it in the cooler. He refused to use the cooler ice cream so I got nothing. Very disappointed. I felt he could have asked his manager since they did have it in a different package. Too bad. I guess customer service is not living at BR.

Baskin Robbin’s owner: I’m a lover of BR icecream but please, please clean your establishment. I want to come here, but it was so disgusting today I could not even order. There is spilled and dried icecream all over the outside of glass. This seems like bad management as all the employees were standing around in the back yelling (at a game possibly). Please please fix this. I don’t want to stop coming here but I’m not sure I can again after today.

November 2023: I wish a Dunkin' location was closer to my home because I really enjoyed their coffee. I was at Belterra Village and decided to mobile order a medium coffee and a few donuts. It was pretty quick service where I just ordered in my car, walked inside, and then picked it up. The staff was nice and friendly and the store was very clean. The coffee had great aroma, very smooth and not bitter in taste. The cup was thick and could not feel the heat of the coffee. The three donuts I had were Glazed Donut, Double Chocolate, and Bavarian Kreme. They were all soft with great flavor.

This Dunkin' Donuts is an embarrassment. They never have the food in the morning that we want and when you try and get ice cream they don't have the flavors or cones. This place is a joke. I'm not sure if Dunkin' corporate runs these stores or they are owned by franchises. Either way corporate should be ashamed at the product that is being served. I feel bad for the employees that work there. They are really kind and on the ball. They are just not given the tools or supplies to accommodate customers at this location. If this is a corporate run location Dunkin you should just close this shop or supply it with the items you want to serve to your customers. If this is owned by a franchised person Dunkin you should remove that person from your business. It is never stocked adequately and the food is not served properly. At the end of the day this location has great employees trying to do the best they can but ownership and corporate are failing to do their jobs. I hope they go out of business soon so another doughnut shop opens up in their place. Or an ice cream parlor that actually has the items on the menu they offer.

Absolutely horrible service. Had to repeat the order more than two times and all of our drinks were still messed up. Our hot coffee wasn't even mildly warm! The workers here gave us an attitude and were completely disrespectful when they were the ones responsible for messing up our order. Don't waste your time and money here. Never coming back. Summer Moon puts this place to shame.

I pull up to the drive thru & say I'm ordering milkshakes. I asked for Peanut Butter & Chocolate. They are out. Ok. So I revise my order to Royal Chocolate to then be corrected by the person taking my order (it's called World Class Chocolate). Ok. I proceed to order the milkshakes (I'm ordering 4), only to be cut off by the employee when ordering the 4th, "Ma'am, just so you know your order will take extra time because we have two blenders". Ok. I understand. "Unless you just want to come in and order". Ok. (I think to myself, if I wanted to come in, I wouldn't have come through the drive thru). The employee then proceeds to let me know that I will "be holding up their drive thru line if I don't come in". I look behind me--- no one there. Ok. I ask, "what would you prefer". He says, "Well, I just think you should come in to order so many". Ok. Ok. I ask, "Well, can you still start the order or...." He interrupts me, "Yah, you can still pay in the drive thru but you'll need to come in to pick up your shakes". ???? So I pay, park, and walk in. By now I'm irritated. I only wanted to pick up them on a whim for a Mothers Day treat. I walk in. I sit. I wait. He makes them. Now, I know what you're thinking...did more cars come through the drive thru. The answer is NOPE! He makes the shakes. Walks to the counter. Asks the guy who I paid at the window where I am. Guy at window points in my direction. Rude guy yells out the order. I walk to the counter. There are the four shakes in a line on the counter. Drink carrier? Nope. I ask for one. Rude guy acts like I'm bothering him AGAIN. "You need a drink carrier," he asks. I felt like saying, no, I will just carry them and hold them all the way home. Listen, many people have bad days. But being rude to others isn't ok. This is actually the third time someone there has been rude to me....and I don't even go there often!!!

Stopped in with the kids after dinner and as we stood in line an employee came out and rudely announced that the store closed at 9:00 p.m., and Even though we were in the middle of our order we needed to leave and could not order anything. My kids were very confused, as was I. We went to TCBY and will never be going back to Baskin Robbins.

Reviewing from when I went there multiple times a few years ago, I will update the review after I go again soon to see if it has changed. My prior experiences were as follows: always out of flavors because the staff was lazy and wouldn't restock. How do I know? Because they were never busy and stayed out of stock of flavors for days. Staff had no enthusiasm, rude, and unpleasant. You could tell they didn't care about not doing their job. When entering the store, no employee up front all of them were in the back every time. They definitely weren't making more product. And I do want to make it clear it was the employees then I am talking about, but I and others did notice they seemed to be busy taking "stuff" in the back rather than working. They would also always close the store hours early, probably to do what I stated prior. Overall, it was the worst basking robins and one of the worst food places I have ever been to. Hopefully, they have gotten new staff since then, and things are much better now, but we'll see.

I've never been to a consistently worse Dunkin Donuts before. I keep giving them another chance since there aren't many fast options in the area but every time I think their sandwiches can't get worse, they do. I ordered a sweet pepper bacon croissant sandwich. The cheese was cold and unmelted. The croissant was dry as hell. Not flaky or buttery in any way. The bacon was the worst. Tasted like someone seasoned an ash tray with black pepper. No sweetness detected. Everything else was fine but their sandwiches are extremely sub par. I forced myself through half of my sandwich today out of hunger and necessity but I couldn't stomach the rest. It was revolting.

Got an order on Thanksgiving day (afternoon), there seemed to be only one person working and she was very pleasant and working hard. The food was great, actually some of the best Dunkin' food I've gotten around the area! The bagel seemed fresh, hash browns were great, and a grilled cheese (which I hadn't had before) was really good! It really made my day.

Good luck getting your order correct... hopefully Starbucks adds another option nearby to get coffee soon.

This place should be a negative star. I'm a transplant from New England where Dunkin' originated and the owner should be ashamed. The service is poor with attitudes of teenagers but in adult bodies. Follow that with timing of service as well.... Back in New England I could see 10-12 cars be serviced in under 2 minutes at the drive thru during rush hour times. It takes the staff here 5 minutes per car. Not only that but we live nearby and have walked to Dunkin' to grab food and we're treated rudely by staff because apparently the "lobby is closed" which is the oddest thing I have never seen in a Dunkin'. This Dunkin' should change owners or have someone manage who has worked at one of them in the past.
