This is one of the most disappointing meals I’ve ever had. $65 for waffle fries that are hard as a rock, dry and inedible and fried chicken that tastes like old frying oil that hasn’t been changed or cleaned. The quality for the price isn’t even close. Find any other place for fried chicken, you’ll save money and enjoy your food more. I’ve been to other bbq chicken restaurants including some in Seoul. I’ve never had fried chicken this bad. Wish I could get my money back because we couldn’t even finish the food.

We love bb.q chicken, however I wasn't aware we would be charged a gratuity fee because there are no signs indicating a fee will be charged. What is considered a large party, because we only had 5 people and were charged $18.81 nit including the tip. Overall, sevice is great but please inform "large" parties of the fee.
