I placed a togo order, and I realized I didn’t choose my chicken to be boneless, I literarily called again right after hanging up the phone, and the guy refused to accommodate any changes. I think it is a little unfair because i called just a second ago and his stubborn attitude made me not wanting to go there anymore. This place should have more customer service minded person to be at their front desk.

This place ranks on the bottom 2 of korean fried chicken restaurants ive been to.Went for lunch. The pickles were bitter and stale and had a weird aftertaste like cardboard.That same stale taste was on the secret spicy sauce that i got for my lunch special.The garlic and soy wings was good but for the first 2-3 wings and the flavors were too overpowering to finish the basket.I went with my 3 kids and my spouse and got hit with the "large party surcharge" a 20% tip. For 2 entrees?I wouldnt have minded the suecharge if the food was good but it felt greedy. Total was 50$ tips and all for fried chicken.

This place was great, the staff was very attentive and the food was delicious. I brought my cousin and her friend they both can't wait to come back!!
These are the best wings I've ever had. The fry on all three flavors I tried was perfect and each wing had a generous amount of meat on it! My favorite was the honey garlic wings! I also got sweet potato fries and waffle fries which were so crispy and perfectly seasoned! The tteokbokki was nice and spicy with delicious fish cake in it too! The mala wings weren't as spicy as I wished but the flavor was great! The galbi wings also had a nice smoky flavor to them! I love this place, but be mindful they are a bit pricey!
I've eaten at BBQ at a lot of other locations before their Austin shop. I feel like their KFC isn't as good as it used to be. Their chicken tends to be on the dryer side, but I do love their secret spicy sauce on their half and half. BBQ is on the pricier side. I don't think it's great value.Their pickled radish is also cut up too finely, and they don't give enough.

This is my go-to spot for korean fried chicken! I ordered the honey garlic wings and they were perfectly cooked, with a nice crunchy outside and super flavorful and juicy inside. I also reheated them in the air fryer the next day and they still tasted amazing! The staff was super kind and checked up on us a lot, and we were also seated very quickly. This is an amazing spot to go to with friends or family, 10/10 recommend!
