The manager just told his staff to leave as their shift has ended and left me hanging, being the last in line after waiting for quite a while. The manager needs to be fired. Incident happened at 2000hrs 7th July 2025.

No one in line, the 3 people behind the counter having a discussion while I’m waiting to place an order. No greeting, no “how ha doing”, just what do you want. One of the less busy employees started making my smoothie. I have had a lot of smoothies in my life and even owned a smoothie business at one time, what I got was chocolate milk at its best. Barely cold and as runny as chocolate milk. For $18.50 and a forced tip, you need to select several buttons to decline, it is absolutely not worth the money.
