The young lady at the drive thru window was the most professional I have seen in all of my drive thru visits and that's a lot! I hope she stays. I visited around 4:30 pm on 04/02/2025.

BBQ is not great, service was amazing, if you try this spot go with the fried chicken. And expect to wait for at least 30 mins before you get your food. Even if there is only 3 or 4 tables with customers.

The ribs were dry. Disappointed. I have had them before but this obscure location probably doesn't have the crowds like in Buda or New Braunfels.

Went in just to get my mom a slice of apple pie, Some girl took my order, she went to the back and quickly came back with cold bag of pie. Later at home, mom opened the bag and they gave me a pecan pie :/ I guess I should’ve made sure they knew the difference between apple and pecan before I left the restaurant

Hello, I ordered online. My total was 30.75, 8 tacos total, and one biscuit gravy. I arrived on time to pick up and waited 15 minutes before anyone would even make eye contact with me. Over the next 20 minutes, I was overlooked as people piled into the in store order line. Finally, when someone approached me, I told them my name was Robert and I had an online order. The man looked at his receipts found one then turned to me and said "4min". 15 minutes later, I asked him again. He asked me what my name was, then disappeared to the back. Then a lady came out and said there is no order for Robert, i said i have my confirmation on my phone, but I have to get it in my car. She said to get it and let her know. 2 minutes later, I returned with my phone and the confirmation receipt. Only to wait another 15 minutes and never see another employee come from behind the counter to the online pick-up counter. Eventually, i grew tired of the constant lack of effort to check in with me. My patience was exhausted, so i left angry and hungry. Long story short, I waited an hour, lost my 30$, and left without food. I WILL NEVER go here again. NEVER. Terrible customer service for online orders. My order was clearly given to someone else, and nobody wanted to help me resolve it. It was the worst breakdown of business and customer service i have ever seen. Nobody was in charge, and nobody who was taking responsibility for the company name. Sad. Very sad. You guys owe me 30$ and I would appreciate reimbursement.
Don't order online. I ordered at 10:50 a.m. and received my food at 11:40. You might as well just walk in the building and order. There's no point on ordering ahead. Now I've got 19 minutes to eat before I have to be back from lunch. They kept asking me if I was doordash.
The brisket and ribs are good, but the sides were a little plain.

Got dinner last night for a group and asked them to use a gift card and put the remaining balance on my credit card. It wasn’t until this morning that I realized they didn’t even attempt to use the gift card and now I’m out a decent amount of money. Not to mention that they forgot the bbq sauce after specifically asking them multiple times for it.
This is third time that something in my order has been missing from this location.

I went through the drive through and ordered the 10 piece chicken. This came with French Loaf, fries, and a bucket of ice tea. I requested green beans I stead of the fries. When I got home there was no French Loaf and they gave me fries instead. I called the restaurant and told them what had happened. And the manager told me that I didn't request for green beans because the ticket didn't say anything about green beans. They told me I can go back and switch the fries for the green beans, but she also said I got what I paid for. What a horrible customer service! And this is not the first they have messed up on my order. I wasn't about to drive 25 minutes for some fries. This location does not have good customer service at all.

I rarely come here and when I come after a while I got the rancher plate on 02/04/25 through drive through and found a hair at the bottom of my potato salad. Disgusting.
