I was very disappointed. I love Bill Miller's turkey and dressing. Low and behold they were serving it today so we jumped on it. The bottom of my dressing was burned black (I have pictures) and didn't taste the same. I can't believe they would serve this to customers. The black was right on top of my to go container so I'm sure they saw what they were putting in it.

I drove to this location from DALLAS, TX. It's the first location coming from the north on I-35. I grew up in San Antonio in south Texas. It was my birthday on July 1st and I wanted a taste of home. I REALLY came for the fried chicken! I ordered 3 orders of fried chicken and 2 Rancher plates with brisket and sausage, couple brownies and pecan pie slices to go. These young people did an EXCELLENT JOB! Every bite was a memory back home. The chicken was hot and crispy perfect taste and flavors were EVERYTHING I remembered. THANKS GUYS for being one of the best part of my celebration!

Rude managers. First time here last time ever. Placed an order for pick up was told to go wait in my car and my order wasn’t ready 20 minutes past the scheduled pick up time. I expressed to the manager that I specifically chose Pick up and not curbside so I could check the place out inside. She then said the same thing “go to your car and we will bring it to you” I kindly told her I will wait here for my order she literally went to the kitchen grabbed my order and handed it to me. Of course I was missing an item and had to return for my forgotten side that I see are already pre packaged so the hold up was their pride and ego. Never returning, I have relayed my experience to my co-workers. We just moved into our new facility across the street and we will be sure not to give them our business.

I genuinely appreciate this location. I had a flat tire on my way to pick up my order. And the young lady that answered. Handled my news very professionally. When I was finally able to arrive. My order was hot and correct. The drive thru employee was also friendly. Thank you Bill Miller staff

The kind of BBQ unfortunately not great as a fast food chain - BBQ isn’t fast food - but it’s worth the try and expect it to be just like any other BBQ chain. If nothing else, it will challenge your personal obesity choice.

Very clean ,ADA wheelchair accessible, and the staff is very nice. I wished they we're in Round Rock....I am addicted to the sausage po-boys. The pies are freshly made and the tea is amazing. Fried chicken, bbq, and pies....I would recommend coming here and eat insde.

Update, they still can't get an easy order right and again out time and money.

So I went to this Bill Miller's here off of I-35 & Wells Branch. I ordered 1 sausage link, potato salad, & pinto beans. Pulled up to window and cashier asked if it was green beans. Told her no pinto beans. Ok, never had a problem so I did not think to confirm the order. As I pulled my items out of the bag, I seen they got the WHOLE order wrong. I called and the mgr was like save the food. Then she said vive me the receipt number, now mind you the first call was simple because it was a replacement of pinto beans fir green beans. I am going back tomorrow to gwt mt refund but will NEVER be back to that destuarant2. Don't go there if you want an order done correct.

I went here for lunch for the pulled pork special for 8.99 you get a decent size pulled pork sandwich on fancy sesame seed hoagie roll , a side, and a large drink.

The food was mediocre they served me Luke warm/cold fries like EWWL. Let me tell you restaurants something,no customer, and I mean NO customer wants to pay for almost cold dry fries, it RUINS the whole experience. It pretty much pissed me off and I wanted to turn around and ask them for fresh fries like I would normally do but it was hot outside, I had a long shift and I was too tired to deal with the hassle of REDOING something that should have been done right the first time. Unfortunately, I won't be back for the simple fact they served me fries that were a lazy thought.

So I have a three year old daughter, I know she would eat the brisket and Mac n cheese and fries. I would eat the sausage, moist brisket and fries so we order a Rodeo Plate. I order, and they were nice and everything was fine til I go home. My daughter now can have brisket, nor can I for that matter. The brisket was old and over steamed making dry dark beef jerky marks on my brisket, they new this, so instead of serving bbq on the side they drenched it in bbq sauce like a brisket and sausage rancheros. I called and talked to the GM Barbara and she acted like she did not know they are doing that. I don't believe her, her employees must be instructed to do this or why would they do it? Barbara also told me there is no way to give me a refund that the best she can do is give me new product next time. After eating a little here and there, the last thing I want to do is grab a meal. This is ridiculous!
