I got the Thanksgiving Dinner Package this holiday. The cornbread dressing is delicious. It's packaged in quart containers. It comes uncooked and needs to be baked to 165F. My grandkids loved the green beans. Get the tea ½ sweet and ½ unsweetened. I like the pumpkin pie. Day before Thanksgiving pickup is ready. The process is well organized and efficient. All this is good but the service I want to highlight is that you can get the turkey carved. I'm not good at it and I don't like it so I'm not going to get good at it. Get your turkey carved!

i picked up an N-correct phone order & didn't realize it until i got home. once i realized my call N order was N-correct i immediately called up bill miller's 2 N-form them of the problem. santos told me no problem, just bring back the wrong order & we'll replace it. by the time i got back, my correct order was ready 2 go. big thanks & appreciation 2 the wells branch bill miller's staff 🏆

This was an ok experience for me. There wasn't a line but it took quite a while for them to take my order. The cashier didn't smile but, my order was complete after finally receiving it. Not sure if I'll return to this location.

I’ve been to bill millers in San Antonio and loved it, especially their coleslaw & ribs, so when I saw Austin had a bill millers, I was excited to go there. What a HUGE disappointment! The food was flavorless and overcooked, the platters didn’t include their famous tea like the ones in San Antonio and the prices were higher in Austin. Bill millers coleslaw is usually tangy, but not in Austin! In Austin, it was dry and tasteless. The ribs were all bone, barely any meat and they didn’t take the silver film on the bottom of the ribs off and there was zero seasoning on the ribs. Their potato salad had no flavor whatsoever either. I ordered the 3 meat platter and it was inedible! So disappointing that the food was so bad!

Never ever going there again going there after the to go mash my rolls up and messed up order. It took me awhile to go back and today was the last time I walk in. Oh the computers are down so our menu is not up. My wife asked for a menu. The young lady looked at us if we was stupid. Forget it We are leaving never coming back. So if that how the company is ran how is it in business
Went through the drive-thru and I was there when they opened. It was 6 am and I had called them at 6:07 to ask if anyone was in the drive-thru to take orders and they told me that the person who was scheduled to be there was running late and there wasn't anyone else who could cover. So I decided to stay to see that 15 mins later he showed up like nothing happened and still wasn't ready when I handed him cash for my order. He told me that he still needed to count his till. What a joke that was when there was a manager there the whole time

I feel like this bill millers has been going downhill as of late. The amount of food you get in the combo keeps getting less and less. Over $9 for three tenders, a few fries, half a tub of gravy and a hard roll and drink.
