the barbecue is very good . The sides were also good but not great. service was pleasant and fairly rapid although there is quite a waiting line to get in.

Order a pound of brisket 60% of it was just pure fat!!... It was a waste of money and disgusting Only thing it was decent was the sausage and fries.

It's ok.. not alots meat have. We pull over and stop by BBQ. WE THOUGHT, nice have meat all but nothing. Wonder why called a BBQ??.. BBQ stand for a MEAT, dang?.. we leaving. Sorry abt it, we are meat lover.

Ask for no pickles got pickles, Ask for there to be mayo and mustard got nothing, ordered 2 large drinks, got 1, ordered 2 sided of ranch, got 1. The Level of incompetence is a shame

The amount of times my ordered has been messed up is sad. I've only been here four times and each time something was incorrect or missing. These were all atleast 30-40 dollar orders for fam.

Bill Miller's has always been my go to for breakfast but recently the portions in their breakfast tacos have been ridiculous. The amount of filling for each taco has gotten very minimal if it includes eggs. I understand the cost of eggs has risen, but including the equivalent of a teaspoon of eggs in a taco is insane. Their management team needs to come up with a better solution

It's 5:55 am no lights on, no vehicles, the place is empty. They are supposed to open at 6am. This doesn't look good for business. Took longer to get my food. My tacos are cold!!! Sucks using the microwave

To the manager who did a remake of my order that was not made correctly, thank you for your kindness and taking care of the problem. To the employee who gave me the order today and yelled back my order in front of other employees and customers as if I was illiterate, as if it was my problem that my order was not made correctly. She should be making more effort making sure the employees read and prepare the order correctly. I am a business owner and I purchase tacos frequently for my employees at the office. This incident happened twice this week. I did not say anything the first time but when it happened the second time I made a call. To the manager, who was kind who remade the order who spoke to me kindly thank you again. It might be time that you speak to your employee..

i feel like the drive thru person does it on purpose, not only does the speaker talk real quiet, they get my order wrong after having said it 4 times! now u just making up words sweet does not in no way sound like UNsweet, and wheres my bacon i asked for it 4 times! now ima need to sit at the drive thru and ask for the whole order before paying cause of the drive thru person

Bob miller credit card payment machine is having issues charged my account over 20 times for 1 item that was purchase. When I called store #19 Mr Sanchez the so called manager was rude, didn’t show any ownership of the issue, unprofessional, talked over me, said they been having issues with credit card machine but gave no warning to customers and provide other options to pay. He also hung up on me twice because I was getting loud! Yes sir I was getting loud these are FRAUDULENT transactions that took more then 180$! I am upset my account is in the negative I am sorry that is a lot of money to be removed from anyones account especially around holidays! He also told me I had to wait a few days for them to review it and determine if I get my money back! This is unexceptionable behavior from anyone with a situation like this very disappointed
