You have to go in knowing this is fast food BBQ. As long as you are aware of what to expect, it’s not that bad. It’s reasonable, staff were friendly, service was good, nothing was bad. They even have the largest bathroom key I’ve ever seen. I got Brisket only because this location didn’t serve pork. The meat was surprisingly very tender and had a good flavor.
