Absolutely delicious, the raw oysters were spectacular and we both LOVED the cesar salad. The sardines and oysters were both not fishy at all, delicious, fresh, and smooth tasting. The cesar salad comes with toasted breadcrumbs and is absolutely marvelous. The beef tartar is also delicious, the texture is wonderful and the cheese is super complementary.
Not a food buff at all, but go here!

Overpriced food that wasn’t that great (the oysters sucked compared to Clark’s and Honeymoon) and the service was super disappointing - so much attitude from our waitress! It really took away from our experience. Seriously one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had, especially at a restaurant asking that much for mediocre food. Disappointing because I was really excited to try :(

This was our favorite restaurant in Austin. We were becoming a little disappointed with the places we had been too. The service was excellent from the second we walked in, the food was full of flavor and very fresh so delicious, the place is set up to be social and friendly with people. Bill's is one of our favorite places in town. The food is stellar - the seafood is incredibly fresh, and they have innovative dishes like king crab lettuce rolls and oysters royale (oysters with creme fresh, uni and caviar, as decadent as it sounds). They even have the best ever cheesecake shipped from New York. Service and drinks are always excellent, too.

Did a bike ride through downtown and stopped here for happy hour. Their smash burger with brisket short rib patties for $10 + shoe string fries for + $5 made for a great meal??. Ate outside while weather was decent and listened to loud music playing from a rooftop bar around the corner. ?

Ok Bill your Oysters are Great! But your Burger!!!!! How did I never know about this?! Hands down best burger in Austin. Blew my mind. I’d like to add pickles and lettuce next time. Wow ? best Dirty Martini I’ve had in awhile too. Made with Castelvetrano Olives. My Fave. The service was incredible. So kind and accommodating.

I wandered in for lunch and I'm glad I found Bills! The food and service was excellent. The crab BLT and side of caviar ranch have been on my mind ever since. This spot is great and I will be back on my next visit to Austin.

Four very small ousters for 16 dollars is outrageous. And they tasted horrible. They put blue cheese on the oysters which kills the taste of the oyster and on top of that they put chunks of bacon bits on. You never do that! Blue cheese on oysters taste horrible. The raw oysters were also pathetically small and tasted like sea water. The burgers were over cooked,but palatable. Will never go back.

If you like oyster can’t beat the tower. Cozy restaurant. We didn’t make reservations but we were lucky to be seated inside. I enjoyed Brussels sprouts. Fried green tomatoes are okay. But the oyster tower is where it’s at.
