Had our office meeting lunch ordered here, walked into a cute little place and staff was great. The food was exceptional, the ribs were full of flavor, the brisket was tender, and the hatch chili mac and cheese was delicious

The service is fast, and the food is GREAT! 10/10 highly recomend. I come here twice a week! Service with a smile and the remodel looks amazing!

Dietary restrictions: Im Gluten free, so I just order the Brisket sandwich with no bun.

Bird Dog Pit BB a great spot!!! Classically trained chef Rudy does a masterful job on the meats and sides, plus he could not be nicer! We had brisket, sausage, mac n cheese, potato salad, and coleslaw. All were perfectly done and to top it off, the sauce is just right(Rudy also told me the BBQ sauce is gluten free)!
