Love the food, but not sure what kind of ritual I need to perform to get my order without chives when I order without chives. Doesn't matter how I order.

Be careful if you require modifications for actual dietary restrictions and not just personal preference. In my experience, customization requests are not honored.

If you’re looking for something quick, worth the price, and delicious, this is the place to start your day before getting into any of the many activities in the city. I didn’t know what to expect coming here and I wasn’t sure if I’d get a lot of food as you typically don’t at some spots but they did not disappoint and the food tasted wonderful, was very fresh, hot and had just the right amount to provide the fullness and energy I wanted.

Found out about this place from a list of vegetarian spots in Austin. Absolutely delicious breakfast (we got the Gloria, and a biscuit with peach jam) and loved them both. Angel was so kind to us and gave me (a newbie in town) great recommendations for things to see and do around the city.
