My favorite all time boba place! I definitely recommend it :3 the owners and service is great!
Best banh mi - the combination of warm, rich, saucy pork and pickled, crispy carrots & onions, with spicy fresh jalapeños, crunchy cucumbers, and cilantro in a fluffy, soft French roll is pure heaven. They do it so well!

Boba was so good and chewy just like how I wanted. Bánh mì was surprisingly tasty! I’d come back again.
Great tea and they had 3 alternative options for milk (almond, oat, and coconut). The owners/workers there were so sweet and kind. Definitely recommend this local shop.
Came here cause the cups were cute I got I believe the very berry latte, wasn't very sweet but it was ok
Friendly customer service, nice atmosphere, and great drinks! I’ve had their Vietnamese coffee and Thai tea with boba, both of which were on point. They are generous with the boba too.
Went here for the first time and ordered the Matcha Taro milk tea. We were pleasantly surprised how delicious it was, and we’ve had a lot of boba tea - the drink was nothing like we’ve had before! We watched as the drink was made and could tell that only fresh ingredients were used, even fresh taro. And the employee was very sweet. Will definitely be back!

The fried tofu bahn mi was pretty good, but the taro milk tea was made with butter! There are butter chunks floating in my iced drink, I can't finish it. 😢
Owner was very sweet very mom like, it’s a ma and pa small boba tea shop. Tea was perfect not to sweet.
This is the best boba spot I’ve been to. I don’t know why I didn’t find this sooner. On their menu they have a coffee section. I chose hot taro milk tea no coffee on a cold day. After paying she came out and had me take a few sips that way I can tell her if I wanted it sweeter. I don’t know how but she read my mind and made it perfect. It didn’t need to be extra sweet. I’d take a picture, but as usual, I always forget cause I go crazy on the food or drinks right away. Coming back here for sure. I’m a coffee gal, but I don’t regret not adding coffee to this order. Absolutely worth it. I felt right at home. Thank you!
