If you plan on using an OpenTable reward here, they won't accept it. Initially service was fine and food was fine (I've definitely had better of both for less money). At the end of the meal when my Opentable reward card was presented to the waitress, Juliet, her demeanor completely changed and she could not have acted more annoyed. I was repeatedly told “I've never seen that, I don't even know how to enter it”. When I asked to speak with the manager because maybe she knew how to use it, she walked away for five minutes and came back, and I was told, “she's never seen that before either”. When I asked, again, to speak with the manager, I was told, “she's up at the front but she's busy so if you want to go talk to her you can”. I left my table and my party, went up to the hostess stand, and the Manager, Rebecca, was the only reason I gave the restaurant two stars. she actually tried to help and seemed genuinely concerned that they didn't have the capability to run the reward credit and noted that she filed a ticket with OpenTable to find out where the error was. Juliet- Not the type of service and demeanor I would expect from such a highly rated facility. As a business owner, I would be embarrassed if my staff member acted this way to a patron. This reservation was made by using my points to fulfill a reward credit, and the email said it was ready to use and could only be used for this specific reservation.

We love the lamb chops! We really appreciate the servers. And, we value the low-key and private nature of the tables.

We have been to 3 other Bob's Steak & Chop House, but I have never had an experience like this one. We waited for a table, that I had a reservation for, and once we were sat, we waited 10 minutes before anyone spoke to us or waited on us. Two other tables were sat and waited on before we were. The food was not Bob's caliber of food. The waiter did comp us one glass of wine.

Our waiter was overwhelmed with the amount of tables he was waiting on. So not his fault but it was 45 minutes before we even got our drinks.

Salt... so much salt. Waiter came over to check on us 15-20 after steaks delivered, saw we only took 2 bites out of the filet and the ribeye. Server asked if we wanted boxes and we declined. He never asked how the steak were or if we had any issues, just handed us the check and left. We had a great stay at the Omni, but this was one of the worst representation of a steak house I've been to. Manager stopped by before food was delivered, but never again. Do not spend you money here, we should of not been charged for the salt licks.

Food was above average There was a couple big large groups Our server Hunter awesome!! I've waited plenty of tables so I know a good server when I see one!

We frequent this location often and typically have great food and service. However, this was not the case last night. The service was off and the food was not great. It took forever to place our order and once the food came, nobody stopped by to see how our meal was. I had the rack of lamb, ordered it medium rare and it was extremely rare and very tough. I struggled to cut it with the steak knife. My husband ordered the sea bass and it was overcooked and very hard, not buttery and flakey like it normally is. I had the lobster bisque for an appetizer and it was excellent as always.

I was offered the opportunity to compare 2 different red wines. Both were great but the Napa Valley wine was more smooth and just lovely.

We have been to Bob's many times... including our most frequented location being the original Bob's on Lemmon Avenue in Dallas. Our experience at this location was absolutely unacceptable. There was a table of 11 very inebriated men sitting behind us that completely disrupted the entire restaurant with not only their voices and other disgusting behavior but their most disturbing antic included 2 of the men knocking over 2 chairs, picking up each other as if to body slam them - that little maneuver knocked them into the table beside them. Other guests were going up to the 11 men and talking to them... to no avail. The manager did come by and apologize at the end of our “just ok” meal and give us free desserts and $150 on a future visit. Bottom line... stay away from this Bob's location at the Barton Creek Omni Hotel!

It is our third time going to Bob' s Steak & Chop House, but this Steak place at Barton Club was the best.

Stuffy environment. Service was good. $90 steak was over cooked and came out twice cooked wrong. Ran out of time so had to take it to go. Manager made it right by taking it off the tab. But still don't think the price we paid for our overall meal was worth the experience and don't see us going back anytime soon. I'd like to see Bob's step up their game.
