The food options were great. The service was quick and attentive. The ambiance was exactly what we needed. I took my two kids who need to run and go and I was able to enjoy my coffee while they played. The drip coffee was excellent.

3 stars only because it's an easy spot to take kids too but the food is not good. I ordered a panini today and all I received were two slices of bread which barely had any filling. Pretty disappointing given the nearly $10 charge for the "sandwich".

The ham panini had one thin slice of ham! One thin slice of ham for ten bucks! I got a plain coffee and I thought it had a sour taste. The coffee at Cheko’s down the street was much better. Maybe the rest of the menu is better. Maybe not.

This place is right down the road from where my husband works. We went around 4:45-5pm range. There have a community fridge outside which is so cool, and I took advantage of. Inside is very cozy and homey feeling. I'm a big tea lover so I got an Earl Grey and my husband got their niche latte, and we shared a lemon load. Everything was delish! I felt very comfy there. Couple people there with laptops doing work. Fairly small on the inside but adequate seating bc they have seating inside and outside. I didn't get to see the "backyard" but maybe I'll check it out next time!

Love a good tea place that makes the tea for you there. Love the pirate ship in the back for my kids to play. Definitely a favorite!

Brentwood Social House is not just a coffeehouse but a community gathering place with beautiful reminders about what makes a neighborhood a special place: the people who love and support one another. The coffee and pastries are delicious. The service is thoughtful and gracious. They have a wonderful free refrigerator where anyone can drop off and pick up food and house sundries without any need for explanation. Truly a gem for keeping Austin, Austin.

Brentwood is so cool to host a Community Fridge there outside. Mutual Aid. Give Food. Take Food. Help your community. AwesomeAnd Brentwood is a fantastic coffeehouse with delicious treats and beverages- i did a iced hibiscus with vanilla and it’s amazing!Dietary restrictions: I don’t remember but the treats were specialized. Like keto cookie. Or gluten free bread. I’m not sure what we got but it was delicious.Parking: There is a spot for quick pickup or delivery and depending when you go there is a lot of parking with some difficulty in getting out.

Love that this spot hosts so many fun, free, and family-friendly gatherings. A great spot to hang outside with little ones!

I had the havarti and ham and mocha latte. Both were good but overall more expensive than I would think. Don't feel it was a waste but think you could get more or better somewhere else. There are multiple rooms, def more roomie than I thought. Only went into one of them and it was at a slant, the entire room and had a big step with no handrail. It is accessible as there is a ramp outside but more bumps and elevation changes than expected, so just be careful. If friends asked to meet up I would be able to but would want to try another room.

This is a neighborhood hang, with families of young children enjoying the playground in the cafe's back yard. The inside has a charming setting that is conducive to having coffee or tea with friends. The fat rascal scone with the forbidden currents is delightful. Food ranges from the vegan to the meat lover's dishes. All are tasty.Kid-friendliness: The inside of the coffee house is like going to your favorite grandmother's home, warm, eclectic and cozy. The backyard has a fenced in playground and lots of tables and chairs, so adult friends may chat while their children happily enjoy running around.

The pastries and food are great (the raspberry honey mustard that comes with the sandwiches is stupid good; inject it into my veins), the coffee is always good (lots of prompting questions to make sure you get exactly what you want!) and the staff is always friendly and the vibes are fantastic.Lots of rooms with different seating configurations (indoor and outdoor), natural lighting, and outlets. Lots of parking spots + street parking.A fantastic community resource stocked with a little free library + free community fridge. Committed to being a welcoming place for everyone.

Coffee was good. They use greater goods coffee grounds. The lemon poppy seed bread was delicious and moist. The vibe is cool, its very lgbtqia+ and feminist focused. The barista was friendly and attentive. You can have a tarot card reading while you enjoy your coffee as well. Check them out!!

Such a cool little spot! We got a really amazing dessert there, their Millionaire Bar is decadent! Wonderful tea options and nice cozy seating areas. I saw that they offer afternoon tea sometimes, so that's on my wish list for this spring : ) Love that they host a handmade market in their parking lot and also host a tarot card reading event! We drove by this place probably 100 times before ever stopping in, don't make the same mistake. Head over for some coffee, tea and desserts and enjoy the vibe!
