For our 101st 'cue stop in Texas, we stopped by this food truck on a Saturday morning. It was not at all busy, in sharp contrast to several of the other outlets in the court. We laid out $43.40 to purchase 2 biscuits with brisket and smoked strawberry jam. We added hash browns to each order ( 2 wedges per order). Didn’t realize this is a food truck. It has a cute dining area and a coffee shop with a bathroom. You can order ahead online but I got my order quickly after ordering once I got there.

Shared a two meat platter with my guy. Got brisket and pork belly and a side of pimento grits. The brisket was solid. Try the pork belly with a little of their grape jelly!! Lastly, I do not even bother with grits but my partner wanted them. They were out of this world good....
Lost my mind how good the food is. Pricing is high and diminishes value. It’s hard to justify other than on occasion. Try it at least once and you’ll try and justify the price for more.

It was the first time I’ve had beef bacon and it was tasty. By itself, it’s great. I wouldn’t recommend it in between a biscuit, though. You can’t get a good bite through the meat because it’s tough and you’ll end up crumbling the biscuit. Tender meats and softer...
